CCPS ACTIVITIES GUIDE • FALL 2018
from Dr. Kamela Patton the parenting magazine devoted to collier county
P.O. Box 110656 Naples 34108 info@neafamily.com
Welcome to the 2018 Fall Activities Guide! The beginning of a school year is always an incredibly exciting time. From new classes and teachers to friends and activities, the start of the school year holds endless opportunities for learning and fun. With so much excitement in the classroom, you may find that searching for activities outside of the school day can be overwhelming. That is where the CCPS Activities Guide comes in to help. The CCPS Activities Guide is a one-stop shop for out-of-school activities for students and families in the community. Here you will find information on sports, music, tutoring, art classes, and so much more. The guide was developed in partnership with Neapolitan Family and is distributed to just over 48,000 students across the district. Our goal is to be all-inclusive and give as many businesses and organizations as possible the opportunity to participate, free of charge. The guide is published three times a year. This first edition includes activities for the fall. The second edition, which publishes in December, will include holiday camps as well as spring activities. In early April, the guide will provide you with information on summer activities and camps. We hope you find this guide useful as we get ready to embark on another fantastic school year! Kamela Patton, Ph.D. Superintendent
