Cinderella takes the stage at NDCL

Rodgers and Hammerstein’s classic takes a bow

NDCL’s thespians and musicians hit the stage at the Pat and Janet O’Brien Performing Arts Center in March by performing the original Cinderella in a comeback musical after missing out in 2021 due to the pandemic. For the younger members of the audience, this version was all new. To others, it was sheer nostalgia!

“The actors became builders and painters of the set as well as the stage crew for their own show,” says Director Shirley Ivancic Stall. “My hope is that each student has lasting friendships and memories to keep.”
