Welcome To Notre Dame Preparatory On behalf of the entire NDP Saints community, we invite future high school students and

their families to investigate the unique opportunity of attending Notre Dame Preparatory. Since 2002, our inaugural year, NDP has been strengthening minds, bodies and souls

by integrating a faith-based, college prep curriculum with vibrant, thriving co-curricular activities.

With an overall population of 996, and an average of under 20 students per class, Notre Dame Prep offers the perfect combination of “small school” connections to faculty,

counselors, and administration, with “big school” co-curricular opportunities on the court, field, stage, studio, and beyond. All prospective Saints families are encouraged to come

experience the NDP community through private tours, or at events such as Shadowing Days, Admissions Information Evenings, Open House, and 8th Grade Day. Please visit: ndpsaints. org/admissions to register for an on campus visit and begin your application.

Catholic education at Notre Dame Prep is available to students from all walks of life and

economic backgrounds. Our finance team can help families navigate ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Accounts) and tax credit opportunities to make NDP affordable for all!

Each year, Notre Dame Prep sends reverent, respectful and responsible young men and

women into the world. Our alumni are successful in professions across the spectrum, from

medicine and law to professional sports and Broadway. We are proud of their extraordinary

accomplishments, but the true measure of their achievements is through their faith, families and commitment to lifelong service. Your high school journey starts here. Come and Discover the Saint in YOU!

VISION

To provide the highest quality Catholic high school educational experience, offering student-centered learning opportunities which develop the whole person: mind, body and soul.

MIND • • •

We are a leader in Catholic education through innovation, visionary focus and constant examination of best practices. We instill a strong spiritual foundation among our students in order to discern vocation using the God-given talents through a rigorous, multifaceted program of study. We promote high academic standards to form future problem-solvers engaged in critical and creative thinking, who are able to collaborate and utilize diverse means of education and evaluate the moral implications of their decisions.

BODY • • •

We uphold the virtues of fortitude, selflessness, sacrifice, self-mastery, integrity, strength, tenacity, humility, charity, courage and loyalty through peer support, accountability and love. We provide an environment allowing students to feel safe, loved and validated in their physical and social-emotional development knowing they are supported across the community. We develop the whole person by creating a culture of active participation through a variety of co-curricular and athletic activities that enhance creativity, leadership, passion, teamwork and physical health.

SOUL • • •

We partner with families to educate students in the Catholic faith, so they know their identity in Christ and their unique call to holiness. We foster an environment where students can encounter Christ through the Sacraments of the Church, prayer, retreats and opportunities for lifelong servant leadership. We encourage and invite students to become transformational Christian leaders who support faith, patriotism and moral values so that they may choose what is good, true and beautiful with ease and clarity.

9

Faith

10

Faith is an integral part of life at Notre Dame Prep. We fully trust in the tenets and mission of the Catholic Church to allow students to be disciples of God, so that they might go forth and improve the world. Parents are the primary religious educators and nurturers of their children’s spirituality, and we partner with parents by offering a vibrant faith life on campus.

11

Student Leadership

12

The House System at Notre Dame Prep sets us apart from most high schools in the Valley. Our student body is divided into eight Houses. They build community, mentorship and opportunities for growth and leadership. But most importantly, they provide a place where each student, faculty and staff member has a place to belong.

The Dog Pound Student Council is our student leadership organization, dedicated to building school sprit, strengthening community, and representing the voice of the student body. We work behind the scenes to create meaningful experiences that celebrate every aspect of student life including atheltics, fine arts, clubs and campus traditions! Leaders plan many of NDP’s signature events throughout the school year, including Homecoming Week, Prom, Smiles for Christmas, Dancing with the Stars, pep rallies, spirit weeks, and other campus activities that bring the entire campus together.

13

Christian Service

14

Notre Dame Preparatory is unwavering in its commitment to the mission of the Catholic Church. We educate our students to understand their place in this world as servant leaders, especially to serve those who are less fortunate and marginalized. As part of our graduation requirements, students are expected to complete a minimum of 120 hours of Christian service with many going above and beyond. In fact, during the 202526 school year, students logged more nearly 25,000 Christian service hours. Globally, our students organize fundraisers for hurricane victims and supply drives for underserved schools. They travel on mission trips around the world to help those in need. School-wide service events include campus beautification projects and assisting with school fundraisers and community building events. Notre Dame Prep was recognized as a Global Level Platinum High School by Catholic Relief Services for its dedication to advancing Catholic social teachings and compassion for the poor worldwide.

The Notre Dame Preparatory athletic programs are an integral part of the fabric of our community, with more than 80% of students participating in AIA or club sports. We compete locally, regionally, and nationally in 30 interscholastic sports and activities. We are proud of our athletic tradition and success, having won 84 state championships, most recently in hockey, golf, girls soccer, and girls tennis doubles. We are committed to providing young men and women with dynamic opportunities for personal growth and formation through athletics that will impact each of them for a lifetime. With our history of success, we moved all our athletic teams up to the AIA 5A Conference (even though NDP’s enrollment is that of a 3A school). We challenge our teams and individual athletes to compete against schools much larger in size, but not in heart. In NDP’s first year competing at the 5A level, our boys golf team finished the season as the 5A state runner-up, both the boys and girls basketball teams qualified for AIA open championship playoffs, and both football and girls volleyball reached the 5A state semifinals. We offer four club sports: hockey, boys and girls lacrosse, and mountain biking. In 2026, our hockey program achieved a historic first by sweeping the state championships with the D1, D3, and JV teams all winning state championships. Landon Ashcraft also made history by capturing the individual state title for the third consecutive year.

17

Arts

18

The Fine Arts Department at NDP seeks to maximize the creative potential in each student. NDP students are encouraged to explore the arts. Art students enhance their individual creativity while collaborating with and supporting each other. Through NDP’s many arts programs, students find their niche while discovering hidden talents. We offer many classes including choir, piano, jazz ensemble, drawing, painting. ceramics, photography, acting, dance and digital video production. NDP’s Saints Chorale took part in the Pueri Cantores Choral Festival in Salt Lake City in February of 2026, performing Antonio Vivaldi’s Gloria at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. Our Drama students won local acclaim for their production of Anastasia in 2023, The Addams Family in 2024 and Hadestown: Teen Edition in 2025. Hadestown garnered 13 HSMTA nominations and the production finished 5th in State! Each semester we sponsor a Fine Arts Festival held on campus in the St. Catherine of Bologna Performing Arts Center with artwork produced by our talented artists and entertainment provided by our performing arts students. In keeping with the Catholic tradition of forming humble servants, our performing and visual arts students find opportunities each year to share their talents with those in need.

19

Career Pathways At NDP

24

We want students to feel prepared to attend the college of their choosing and immediately pursue a career that will bring them meaning. To help students discern a career, we have outlined courses aligned with various professional fields. These are not “locked-in” paths, but opportunities for students to gain real experience and foundational skills to aid them in their future endeavors. With our 8-period schedule, students can take additional specialized classes, providing more opportunities to explore and refine their career interests. We encourage all students to consider these options during their course selection process. For a full list of courses, visit: ndpsaints.org/academics

Alumni ONCE A SAINT, ALWAYS A SAINT! We are so proud of our alumni and all of their amazing accomplishments. Even though they travel fast and furiously through life, we work hard to stay connected through social media and events such as the Hall of Fame in the spring and Bemis Bowl on Thanksgiving Day. To the right is a quick view of where some of our alumni are and what they are up to!
