At Notre Dame Prep, our counselors are educators who promote success for today’s students. They are uniquely trained in adolescent development, learning strategies, self-management, and social skills. With a low counselor-to-student ratio, our students receive individual and personal attention. NDP’s proactive, comprehensive school counseling program focuses on

Counselors collaborate with teachers and parents on early identification and intervention of students’ academic and social/emotional needs, always encouraging them to reflect upon God’s plan for their future. Read more at

Preliminary student class schedules (indicating course and period only) will be emailed from our registrar, Mrs. Cochran, on July 18, to all students and parents who have signed the 2022-23 Student-Parent Handbook. If you are unsure whether or not your signatures are complete, please call Mrs. Cochran at (480) 634-8238. Mrs. McMorrow, our director of counseling, will be available to answer questions starting July 19, while the rest of the counseling staff will be available starting July 26. PLEASE NOTE: Our new counselors will be in new employee orientation on July 28-29 and August 1-2. They will be available to answer questions beginning on August 3. Most scheduling questions can be handled via email, so please email your counselor before scheduling an appointment. Please note that NDP does not accommodate schedule changes for teacher preference. Many questions can be answered via email, eliminating the need for students to miss class time. Students may also schedule an appointment through their counselor’s Calendly link or by simply emailing their counselor.
