LOSODTM is a mineral natural salt effec&ve in replacing salt in foods and beverages as well as a broad range of food products. Salt is an essen&al ingredient that has applica&ons as a preserva&ve, technological, flavouring and func&onal agent with other mul&ple effects recognized. LOSODTM allows replacement of sodium up to 50% and results in a complete subs&tute for sodium and potassium chloride. The replacement ra&o is 1:1 for both sodium and potassium chloride. Depending on its unique crystal structure and due to its specific ca&onic balance, this product offers a very acceptable taste in those prepara&ons where it ´s added.
