BENEFITS AMMONIA CONTROL/FUEL SAVINGS Immediate binding of ammonia in the treated area of the poultry house. Reduces urease production. Reduces ammonia released from the litter. Ammonia bound in the litter increases fertilizer power and value. LITTER ACIDIFICATION Lowers the pH of poultry litter from an average 8.5 down to 1.5 in the pH scale. Acidification of litter dramatically improves litter ecology. SAFE REUSE OF LITTER Use of BiReduxTM before each flock extends life of the litter. Saves costing new letter and cleanout. BiReduxTM litter treated results in a better material for crops and the environment. Turns volatile ammonia into stable ammonium sulphate that increase the fertilized value of waste and litter.
TM BiRedux Turkeys APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS · TURKEYS BROOD BARN 1. Prepare the houses as normal for placement 2. Apply BiReduxTM evenly on top of the litter in the entire barn at 25 kg/100m2 2 to 24 hours prior to birds placement. 3. DO NOT INCORPORATE BiReduxTM to the litter. GROW-OUT BARN 1. Close turkey barn immediately after prior flock is removed to maintain heath and purge ammonia. Ventilate enough to prevent moisture condensation or when personnel remains working within the premises. 2. Remove caked and wet areas only from the litter surface. Do not till or disturb deep litter that may increase surface area and therefore increasing ammonia release. That litter serve as natural barrier to ammonia stored in the deep layers of bedding. 3. Preheat the litter to purge ammonia prior to turkey transfer. Heat the litter will cause a large purge of ammonia an d moisture regardless of the litter´s starting temperature. Pre-heat at a least 48 hours before turkey placement allows enough time to purge before turkeys enter in the house. The more ammonia purged at this phase, will increase the time lower ammonia levels will be maintained after BiReduxTM application. 4. In case of application over built-up litter, open inlets fully and turn fans on OP drop sidewall curtains to exhaust ammonia as quickly as possible. Once ammonia gas is exhausted, turn fans off or close sidewall curtains to prevent that product became wasted on ammonia already releases. 5. Apply BiReduxTM evenly on the top of the litter of the entire growout barn at dosage of 35-39 Kg/100 m2 2-24 hours before turkey placement. Do not incorporate into the litter. As more ammonia and moisture is present, more BiReduxTM is needed. 6. Start minimum ventilation just prior to premises can be used with broilers, breeder´s, turkeys, commercial pullets and layers, quail, pheasants, ducks and in any kind of litter operations and management. 7. Product can be applied and re-applied with birds in-house at any time.
TM BiRedux Turkeys APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS · TURKEYS PAD ACIDIFICATION 1. Completely clean out old litter from premises. The thick dark, wet decayed litter on the floor must be removed. Corners and footings should be swept or shovelled if necessary. 2. Wash and disinfect premises as desired. Allow time for dirt pad to dry completely. Disinfectants with and acidic pH are preferred. 3. Apply BiReduxTM directly to surface DRY dirt pad at rate of 49-73 kg/100 m2 4. Apply insecticides (if needed and/or desired) to dirt pad during or after BiReduxTM treatment 5. Install dry bedding material 6. Prepare house as normal for bird placement. BREEDER APPLICATION 1. APPLY BiReduxTM at a rate of 49 Kg/100m2 24 hours before birds placement. 2. Apply BiReduxTM at a rate of 35 Kg /100 m2 immediately prior to periods of highest stress in either the young hen or breeder house (as example 254 hours prior to killed vaccine administration). 3. Apply BiReduxTM at a rate of 50-70Kg/100m2 at least 24 hours prior to breeders placement. Be sure to include the cull pens and broody pens. Re-apply BiReduxTM at a rate od 35-49 kg/100m2 at times of therapeutic antibiotic usage in the breeder house. (penicillin, etc.) 4. Re-apply Bi Redux at a a rate of 35-49 Kg/100m” approximately one week prior to anticipated peak production. STORAGE AND SAFETY 1. Please wear the following protective attire when using BiReduxTM: Safety goggles, long pants with pant leg outside of boots or shoes, long sleeve shirt, gloves and dust mask. 2. Store BiReduxTM in a dry area and reseal open bags when storing. Be sure to prevent exposure from moisture prior to application. 3. DO NOT MIX BiReduxTM with liquid chlorine bleach, ammonia cleaning agents and cleansers or similar products.
