TM BiRedux All-Purpose PHYSICAL APPEARANCE Dry, White granular Powder. Slightly Acidic Odour, Readily soluble in water. USES All-Purpose Bi-ReduxTM can be used with safety in any kind of farming operations for pH reduction, odour reduction and ammonia control, letting to cost savings and better production ratio. PACKAGING 25 Kg Bags (Alternatively Big-Bag 1000 Kg) APPLICATION Can be applied with any kind of spreader. General applications may include dairy footbaths, bedding areas, calf pens and free stalls. BENEFITS Low cost, safe and effective pH reduction. Residual ammonia control in all areas, with regular use. Immediate activation to neutralize ammonia so therefore relieving animal stress. Ammonia bound in the litter increases fertilizer power and value. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS ( DAIRY FOOTBATHS) 1. APPLY ALL – PURPOSE BI-REDUX TM directly to the footbath at a rate of 10-18 Kg per 200 L/ of water. 2. Recharge footbath with All-Purpose Bi-ReduxTM every 250-400 cows. 3. Use product within footbaths 2-4 days/week 4. Use higher dosage rate with high pH supply water. 5. Product is fully compatible with copper sulphate use in shuttle or as a replacement for copper sulphate. 6. Improves availability of copper sulphate when used in combination.
TM BiRedux All-Purpose APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR BEDDING 1. Apply All-Purpose Bi-ReduxTM to free stall or tie stall bedding daily. 2. Apply at a rate of 5-10 Kg per each 100 square meters. 3. Concentrate the application on the lower part of the stall where udder contact occurs most frequently. Product is suitable for use on composted manure, sand, recycled sand, shavings and the vast majority of bedding materials. APPLICATIONS INSTRUCTIONS FOR CALF PENS (pH REDUCTION) 1. Before bedding materials are applied, use and apply All-Purpose Bi-ReduxTM to the dirt pad at a rate of 5-10 Kg per each 50 square meters under the calf hutch or pen. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR AMMONIA AND ODOR CONTROL 1. After spreading bedding material, re-apply product three times per week at a rate of 7 kg per each 100 square meters of calf pen bedding and any adjacent wet areas to reduce odours that attract flies. 2. Excess of moisture and/or temperature may need more frequent re-applications. OTHER LIVESTOCK 1. All-Purpose Bi-ReduxTM may be used to control ammonia and odour in horse, ruminant livestock pens or stalls. Poultry, Pigs, Rabbits and other species may be benefited in the same way than those depicted. PROPER STORAGE AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS 1. When applying All-Purpose Bi-ReduxTM, please wear the following protective items: Safety goggles, long pants with pant legs outside of boots or shoes, long sleeve shirt, gloves and dust mask. Store product in a dry area and tightly re-seal open bags when storage. Kindly Assure to prevent exposure from moisture prior to application. DO NOT MIX with liquid chlorine bleach, ammonia cleansers or similar products.
