Waiting isn’t a particularly enjoyable activity. We wait at the doctor’s office, in line at the store, and at traffic lights—watching our lives slowly tick by. But for Christians, waiting is a deep and active yearning for the glorious return of Jesus Christ. Until that day, God continues to work in us and through us for His good purpose.
While We Wait recounts God’s faithfulness during this brief time we call life . . . in preparation for an eternity we can hardly imagine. May these stories encourage you to use your abilities and circumstances for God’s glory!
