Dear Fellow Servants,
Henry Blackaby, the Canadian pastor who wrote Experiencing God, had a deep impact on my walk with the Lord during my 20s. He was inspired by Jesus’ words in John 5:17, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working,” and is famous for the admonition to “watch to see where God is working and join him!” This reality is definitely true for us, as we see God mightily working through the outreach of our global partners. And it is our joy to connect you with them, working together to advance the cause of Christ around the world.
This newsletter provides snapshots of your impact. The Lord continues to show us more open doors of ministry as well. This is why we have called the season we are in Expand the Outreach. He is showing us how to be better stewards so that through your partnership he can give us more to steward for his glory. Every Bible and every meal is a chance to change a life forever, so why wouldn’t we want to join God in what he is doing among the vulnerable and unreached!

Serving with you,

Joseph Williams, CEO

Thank you for joining us to celebrate and serve! We are grateful to everyone who packed and supported our community Packathon for America at our headquarters on July 2.
It was a fun, high-energy evening where families and friends came together in a patriotic spirit wearing festive red, white, and blue Fourth of July gear. It was a wonderful opportunity for our community to unite ahead of America’s 250th Independence Day to serve. 37,920 meals were packed and are ready to feed children and families in need across the USA.

Feed the Hunger wants to help you inspire, educate, and organize your group to actively participate in global outreach. A Packathon is more than a teambuilding event, it’s an invitation to join what God is already doing around the world. As participants come together to pack nutritious meals, hygiene items, or education essentials for children and families facing hardship, they gain a deeper understanding of God’s heart for those in need and his desire to reach every nation.
Through the Packathon experience, we invite churches, schools, businesses, families, and individuals to be part of something with incredible impact. Not everyone is called to travel overseas, but everyone can play a role in making a difference. Whether you host an event or join one in your community, you will help share hope and the love of Christ with people in need around the world.
Schedule a mission trip in YOUR backyard. Reach out to learn more about hosting or attending a Packathon event today! Call 888.772.9634 or email packathon@feedthehunger.org.

At the Boko Islamic Basic and Junior High Schools in Ghana (above), more than 300 students are receiving nutritious meals that you’ve packed and provided. Before the introduction of Feed the Hunger food, children struggled with hunger, which negatively impacted school attendance and participation. Students frequently stayed home, and the school even shortened teaching hours to accommodate the challenges families were facing.
Through this feeding initiative with our ministry partners at LIFE 3N Relief, school attendance has improved, and teaching hours have returned to normal. The parents are amazed and grateful that a Christian organization would come to the aid of an Islamic school. The care and support being shown to the children meets practical needs while demonstrating Christ’s love to the entire community.

Monthly support for food purchases in Haiti makes a life-changing difference for the students at Valley of Hope. Most of these children live in families that can barely afford enough food to survive. Thank you for providing nourishing lunches to these schoolchildren five days a week. While ongoing challenges have made it difficult to transport food boxes safely within the country, these additional funds have become a true blessing and an answered prayer for children and their families in their time of need.
“We were able to feed the kids five days a week this month. A great impact has been made. Thank you so much for making that happen.”
— Maxeau, Feed the Hunger partner in Haiti

We are excited to share the beginning of a new partnership with Umzamo Day Care, located in the informal settlement in Reservoir Hills, a suburb of Durban, South Africa (above). For years, the center’s director, Nomsa, has faithfully cared for at-risk children despite extremely challenging conditions.
Recently, the daycare received a life-changing gift when shipping containers were donated to serve as classroom shelter, providing a safe space for learning. They had basic cooking facilities, but lacked the resources needed to provide daily meals for the children.
In response to this need, Feed the Hunger committed to helping ensure that the children receive the nutritious meals you provide each day. In addition, meal packs are being sent home with families facing severe food insecurity so that the care for these children continues at home and reaches those most in need.
This relationship is an opportunity to bring nourishment and the love of Jesus to some of the most vulnerable people in this community. We are grateful for your generosity, which makes this outreach possible, and we look forward to seeing God use it to make a lasting impact on the lives of many children and their families.

Through your generosity, people are being equipped with the truth of the gospel and encouraged to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ. In Uganda, 200 Bibles were distributed to members of three churches across the Central and Eastern regions and to teenagers in Nansana and Katooke who are actively involved in community Bible studies. The youth who received Bibles are in a pivotal season in their lives where being grounded in Scripture will help shape their faith, character, and future.

“We will be following up with these churches and the teenage groups to monitor engagement and to see the spiritual impact of the Bibles distributed, and we look forward to sharing testimonies with you as they come. Thank you once again for walking with us in advancing the gospel and investing in the next generation.”
With gratitude, Andrew Kitamirike, New Identity Uganda
In Kenya, the spiritual growth we are witnessing and the testimonies we are receiving are truly encouraging and are a clear sign that God’s Word is alive and working in his people.
Before receiving a Bible, a young woman named Hellen (above) felt lost and without hope. Although she believed in God, she did not know his Word personally. After receiving her Bible, her life began to change. She started reading it every day, a few verses at a time. God’s Word gave her the strength to survive. She once worried and focused on her problems, but she now trusts God more deeply.

Hellen shared that her prayer life has grown stronger, and her home is filled with more peace. She encourages her family by sharing what she learns from Scripture. With joy, she said, “The Bible has become my daily companion. I no longer feel alone because I know God is with me.”
Raisa (right) grew up in a conservative Muslim family in Bangladesh and never imagined she would follow Jesus. When a Christian woman shared the message of Christ with her, she became curious, but she was also fearful of what others might think and the persecution she might face.
She received a Bible and began reading it in secret late at night while her family slept. As she read through the Gospel of John, she was deeply moved by the love, grace, and compassion of Jesus. One verse especially captured her heart: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12).

Through God’s Word, Raisa found a peace and hope she had never known before. Her story is a powerful reminder of how a brave disciple and a single Bible can transform a life and draw someone closer to Christ.
We praise God for these heart transformations. His Word is bringing faith and new life to many people around the world. Thank you for making stories like these possible.

For widows, orphans, and other marginalized people, humanitarian aid is a lifeline that meets needs while offering encouragement and support during difficult times. Through these efforts, the love of Jesus Christ is felt and often received as truth by those who need encouragement and hope.
Thanks to your generous partnership and faithful prayers, widows and struggling families in Pakistan have received goats that will help provide for them and create opportunities for a more secure future.
The gift of these goats also deepens trust between our Pakistani partner and the community where he is sharing the gospel. The recipients acknowledge that the goats are a blessing from God and will provide nutritious milk. As they breed, this will also create opportunities for additional income and long-term sustainability.
Thank you for helping empower vulnerable families with resources that can make a lasting difference for years to come.

Because of your generous support, patients and visitors at Holy Palace Christian Hospital in India will soon have safer, easier access to vital healthcare services through the construction of a new handicap ramp. The newly completed roof over the ramp provides shelter from intense sun and heavy rains. Work is also underway to install tile flooring that connects the main hospital building to the ramp, creating a smooth pathway for those with mobility challenges.
Located in West Bengal, Holy Palace is a holistic healthcare facility that serves rural communities where affordable medical care is often difficult to access. Thanks to you, patients seeking care and family members accompanying loved ones can access Holy Palace’s services with greater safety and ease.
Having no clean water was a daily challenge for the community surrounding the Prayer and Evangelization Center in Okafou, Togo. For years, visitors and residents have relied on a limited water source that is unsafe for regular use. On a visit to the center, several members of our partnering ministry team experienced health issues after using the water, including skin irritation and digestive illnesses. These experiences highlighted the urgent need for a reliable source of clean, safe water.
Clean water is not only essential for health and hygiene, but it is also critical to the ongoing ministry and outreach efforts taking place at the center. Without access to safe water, gatherings, training events, and evangelism activities become increasingly difficult.
Because the area is mountainous and rocky, a drilled well (equipped with a water pump and storage tank) was needed to provide a dependable source of clean water. Thanks to Feed the Hunger’s faithful supporters, this project is transforming daily life for countless people. Clean water improves sanitation and provides a healthier environment for children, families, and visitors. It will also strengthen the ministry of the Prayer and Evangelization Center, enabling it to continue serving as a place of encouragement and spiritual growth. Thank you for helping bring the life-changing gift of clean water to the people of Okafou.

God continues to open doors for ministry, and your faithful support helps us walk through them with confidence and purpose. Because of your partnership, we are stepping into new opportunities to share Christ’s love and bring help and hope to communities in need. Every gift to Expand the Outreach is helping move this vision forward. Thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, we are increasing our capacity to serve, equip, and reach more people than ever before.
Pastor Elio (above), who helps distribute food and aid to families in need across Cuba, shared that the meals you provided arrived at exactly the right time. “It is incredible—some of them were saying, ‘I had absolutely nothing left to eat’ . . . the situation here is truly unbelievable.”
The meals being delivered by mule and cart, as shown in the photo, are an answer to prayer for families who have been holding on to hope while wondering where their next meal would come from.
God is reaching hearts and lives in Mexico! Our ministry partners at Powerhouse Church recently traveled to a small town with a population of approximately 4,800 people. They were able to serve 1,150 individuals, and through this outreach 450 people made the decision to give their lives to Christ.

In Valle Hermoso, 7,200 Feed the Hunger meal packs were distributed to families in need in this rural farming community. The team gathered in a park and invited the entire community. In addition, 28 boxes of Feed the Hunger meals were delivered to Playa Bagdad, a small beach village where we partner with a local school. These meals will provide nutritious food for the students and support several families in the community for the next month.
Although Mali continues to face significant security and economic challenges that make ministry outreach difficult, God has provided faithful Feed the Hunger partners to continue sharing hope where needed most.
The recent gift of a reliable vehicle is a significant boost to the audio Bible distribution efforts in Mali. It will help ministry teams travel safely to remote villages and hard-to-reach communities where access has often been limited.

With improved transportation, teams can more effectively deliver audio Bibles, ministry equipment, and outreach resources, despite challenging road and weather conditions. The vehicle also enhances the safety and mobility of ministry workers serving in the field. Most importantly, this will expand access to God’s Word for people who cannot read, allowing more men, women, and children to hear Scripture in their own language and experience the hope found in Christ.
In Matthew 13:38, Jesus reminds us that “the field is the world.” His words reveal God’s heart for every nation, every culture, and every person to hear the Good News. Your prayers and support are helping reach communities where there are still very few followers of Jesus and limited access to the gospel in a way people can clearly understand. While we have made great strides, there is still work to be done. Your continued partnership will help us reach the finish line and expand our ability to impact even more lives for years to come.
