About Us

Notre Dame Belmont is the premier Catholic all girls college preparatory school on the San Francisco Peninsula in California. Established by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur in 1851, it is one of the West’s oldest private schools, celebrating more than 160 years of educating female leaders Notre Dame High School gives students an educational foundation, which emphasizes academic excellence, leadership skills, spiritual growth, critical thinking, creative expression, physical well being, social awareness and confidence.
