Admissions Checklist
Here is a checklist to ensure that your NDB admissions process is a success! Mark your calendars and follow these easy steps:
Sign up at ndhsb.org to participate in our admissions special events:
Open House: Sunday, October 19, 2025 | 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Notre Dame Night: Thursday, November 13, 2025 | 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Tiger Talks: September - November 2025 | various locations | 5 to 6:30 p.m. | Sign up at ndhsb.org.
Come for a shadow visit
Sign up for your shadow visit at ndhsb.org: September 16, 2025 to November 17, 2025.
Apply online
Complete your online application by the due date of Friday, December 12, 2025 for $75. Our late due date is Friday, January 9, 2026 for $110.
Request your transcripts and recommendation forms early
All applicants must submit the confidential (principal/counselor), English, and math recommendation forms, along with official transcripts. Forms are submitted electronically in your School Admin portal, and are due by January 23, 2026.

tuition assistance, if needed
All tuition assistance applications are due by Friday, January 9, 2026 and are processed through TADS.
Take the HSPT at NDB
The High School Placement Test will be given at Notre Dame Belmont at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Sign up online. A make-up date will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2026. Please email admissions@ndhsb.org to register for the make-up date.
Complete your family interview
Sign up online for one of three available interview dates:

Do you have a documented learning difference?
Please email paperwork to our Empowered For Success Program Director, Camilla Soto, at csoto@ndhsb.org to be considered for our Empowered for Success Program. Register for the Empowered for Success Information Session via Zoom at 5 p.m. on November 3, 2025.

Admissions letters mailed: Thursday, March 12, 2026
Electronic notifications sent: 4 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026
Registration due: Friday, March 27, 2026
Welcome and placement testing: 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2026
New Family Welcome Dinner: 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026
