Admissions Checklist
Here is a checklist to ensure that your NDB admissions process is a success! Mark your calendars and follow these easy steps:
Sign up at ndhsb.org to participate in our admissions special events:
Becoming Notre Dame (Open House): Sunday, October 22, 2023 | 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Notre Dame Night: Thursday, November 16, 2023 | 7 to 9 p.m.
Tiger Talks: September - November 2023 | various locations | 5 to 6:30 p.m. | Sign up at ndhsb.org.
Come for a shadow visit
Sign up for your shadow visit at ndhsb.org: September 19, 2023 to November 15, 2023.
Apply online
Complete your online application by the due date of Friday, December 8, 2023 for $75.
Our late due date is Friday, January 12, 2024 for $110.
Request your transcripts and recommendation forms early
All applicants must submit the confidential (principal/counselor), English, and math recommendation forms, along with official transcripts. Forms are submitted electronically in your School Admin portal, and are due by January 19, 2024.
Apply for tuition assistance, if needed
All tuition assistance applications are due by Friday, January 12, 2024 and are processed through TADS.
Take the HSPT at NDB
The High School Placement Test will be given at Notre Dame Belmont at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023. Sign up online.
Complete your family interview
Sign up online for one of three available interview dates:

Monday, January 22, 2024

Please email paperwork to our Empowered For Success Program Coordinator, Camilla Soto, at csoto@ndhsb.org to be considered for our Empowered for Success Program. Register for the Empowered for Success Information Session via Zoom at 5 p.m. on November 6, 2023.

Electronic notifications sent: 4 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024
Registration due: Friday, March 22, 2024
Welcome and placement testing: 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2024
New Family Welcome Dinner: 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2024
