About the Heart Awards Panel The Heart Awards celebrate individuals and teams who truly live our Trust values and make an exceptional difference to the lives of children, families, and colleagues. To ensure fairness and integrity, all nominations and winners have been carefully considered by a dedicated panel. This panel is made up of all Headteachers and Principals across our schools, alongside Trust and senior leaders. Together, they bring a wealth of experience, insight, and a shared commitment to recognising excellence. Each nomination is reviewed in detail, with the panel looking for clear evidence of impact, innovation, and dedication that reflects our mission to transform lives through education. We extend our warmest congratulations to every nominee. Your passion and hard work make a positive and lasting difference, and these awards are a testament to the extraordinary impact you have on our communities.

A Message from the Trust CEO Richard Fletcher Cheif Executive Officer
It is with immense pride and gratitude that I am able to present the 2024/2025 Heart Awards nominations brochure. This brochure reflects a celebration of the remarkable dedication, creativity, and resilience that define our schools, colleges, and learning communities. Every day, our teachers, support staff, governors, and various teams go above and beyond to ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive and succeed. These awards are not just about recognising outstanding performance, they are about honouring the passion and commitment that make education transformative. Each nominee (Silver winners) represents the very best of our Trust wide community of staff and volunteers. Thank you for your continued dedication to shaping futures, opening doors, and changing lives. In this brochure we celebrate you, the people who make education extraordinary, and without doubt continue to contribute to social mobility. Congratulations to all of our nominated silver winners.
