Thank you to President Lippert, Board of controls and reports moving forward by the 15th of month, report as written, discussion on savings and new lease, discussion on hiring New Office Manager, set goals for planning meeting, discussion on sponsors/purse payouts before events, discussion on more transparency, Budget meeting, Scott Ashworth new District 11 representative, big thanks to John McNair out going District 11 representative and sitting on Budget Committee moving forward

A. Election Results nationally, section numbers, PDR reminder, Deferred Comp reminder - A riveting report as always, big shoes to fill for new incoming secretary to fill.
IX. Executive Director Report - Caitlyn Doyle, PGA
A. As written, Gifts for outgoing President Lippert presented, Tournament numbers are up, 23k to Saint Street finishing pitch deck for selling to potential sponsor's, Free golf for a year promotion launch, 176k sponsor dollar 2024, 106k already renewed, 55k tour money, 10k Caesars, 150 Langley still outstanding, TagMarshal not yet as well, provided schedule of
meetings for 2025, discussion of operations manager and interview process 20 candidates, cut to 8 and second round of interviews to begin after holidays, Discussion of Run of show, Golf pro of the year and new Ring presentation.
