Kristie Hall | President & Owner Kristie’s passion for health and wellness grew out of the health challenges faced by her father, who passed away over 15 years ago from metastatic prostate cancer. Becoming a mom of 2 then further strengthened her passion for health, body, and planet, and most importantly – making her time on this Earth really count. To Kristie, that meant inspiring change and protecting our planet for future generations. That’s how True Grace was born.

Brian Hall | CEO Brian’s dedication to assisting others in their health journey began during his days in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he studied nutrition. He continued down that path and into the dietary supplement industry. Together with his wife, Kristie, Brian had a vision to formulate supplements with intention and transparency. That vision has become a reality with True Grace.

Sara Newmark | COO Sara is an advocate of the power of business to make lasting, systemic change. She works to improve the health of communities, farmers, people, and planet by committing to doing business regeneratively. Regenerative Agriculture 1. Least Disturbance: No/low till, no/reduced chemicals, less compaction.

2. Living Roots: Maximize photosynthesis, continue pumping liquid carbon sugars into the ground to feed microbes.

3. Soil Armor: Keep the soil covered with living plants or crop residue, wood chips, or mulch. Bare soil gets much hotter at midday & more vulnerable to wind/water erosion.

4. Animal Integration: Animals big and small play a pivotal role in nutrient cycling and regenerating landscapes.

5. Increased Biodiversity: Biodiversity of plants increases beneficial biodiversity below and above ground as well as increases the functionality and resilience of ecosystem.

6. Context: No two farms are alike. From brittle environments to more moist ones, from different crops to livestock, from no funds to extensive funds, context is key. How you will go about regenerating land will vary and depend on many key components. A holistic framework is necessary to successfully transition to regenerative.
