This map was created by the Foothills Regional Commission, and it catalogs the various existing and proposed trails in the Isothermal Region. The Foothills Regional Commission serves the Isothermal Region, or Region C, which includes the counties of Cleveland, McDowell, Polk, and Rutherford — as well as local and municipal governments within those counties.
