Navigate believes Affordable Housing is housing that is affordable for anyone no matter their income.

Fifty-three percent of respondents agree.
It is true some believe Affordable Housing is for low-income and extremely-low-income families, but our research shows, some people who are middle (and even high) income earners have a hard time finding adequate and affordable housing depending on where they live.
As a result, 44% of our respondents disagree with the statement “Affordable Housing is for low and extremely low income households.”
