CONCEPT DESIGN Functional floor plan design prioritizes functions and uses that are formed based on the activities in it.
1. Waiting area 2. Meeting room 3. KPM Working area
Remove Restrictions minimize the bulkhead to create an airy impression and several spots of the space divider wall use glass to increase visibility so that the space feels spacious and light.
4. KOP Working area 5. Internal Discuss KOP 6. Toilet 7. Access to next floor
Customizable Work Area Utilizing the remaining area of the room for internal discussions, on the other hand, provides a barrier for the workstation area so that users can focus more when working.

Zoning Area 1. The concept of achieving entry to the location is made new by considering the location of existing trees on the sidewalk or road shoulder in order to minimize tree cutting and pole removal for electricity and telephone as much as possible. Width for In & Out. 2. Relocation of existing ATMs to extension areas, intended to separate the ATM and SLP user markets. 3. Areas exposed to GSB, which are used for circulation, vehicle parking and green areas.

PROBLEM General
Specific
How to design a science center based on South Tangerang regional urban ecology and science and technology as a learning zone and a greenhouse as an attractive zone?
1. How to arrange learning zones Science Center with an ecological urban base? 2. How to design attractive buildings and greenhouse become a green city icon for the city? 3. How to design object presentation circulation flow good show off so that visitors feel different space experience? 4. How to design an urban farming practice space educational, aesthetic, and easy to maintain?

COMPOSITION MASS
The placement of the greenhouse in front affects the composition of the main building, it can be seen from the floor plan that surrounds the greenhouse so that there is harmony. The mass of the main building that is not separated by zone aims to facilitate future renewal
The mass plotting is adjusted to the function of the greenhouse which is a green city icon for the city so that it must perform optimally. The shape of the mass of the greenhouse is also made "different" from the greenhouse in general so that it can be attractive to visitors.
ANALYSIS SITE CLIMATE Solar Analysis In the analysis of the sun where the part exposed to the sun tends to be few and very minimal openings, but the greenhouse still gets direct sunlight due to differences in the elevation of the building mass.
C
Noise Analysis The results of the climate analysis at the site, making the determination of mass plotting good, can be seen from the noise analysis where the noisy areas at points A, B and E are placed in outdoor play areas and supporting facilities.
D

B
A
Wind Analysis The wind blows from the southeast to the northwest, with the plotting of the mass of the greenhouse surrounded by the main building making the wind spin in the 'alley' between the two buildings, so that in the outdoor (green) part there is still wind movement.

South Tangerang Regionalism Zone
DRAFT CIRCULATION AND DISPLAY ZONE
Future Transport Zone
This zone has a linear circulation path which means in order because this zone tells the history of South Tangerang regionalism, which has a sequential display according to important years for this city. This zone has a display concept that is quite unique, where visitors will be invited to feel as if they are driving future transportation with a simulator in the form of a carriage equipped with a continuous LCD in the carriage as a substitute for the windows on this ART vehicle. . Water Management Zone
Alternative Energy Zone
This zone has a radial circulation concept and there is a display hierarchy according to its content, namely a water management system with various display media
17
Circulation in this zone is radial and so visitors can visit any of the displays in no order.
Science and Technology Zone In this zone the display media is not only for reading but also for playing because there are interactive displays such as teaching aids and simple science experiments. Circulation in this zone is also radial and not sequential.
Urban Farming Zone Rentable Area
Procurement of roof gardens is also intended so that people can know the application of urban farming in buildings
In this zone, visitors will practice urban farming, so that the display approach is different from the greenhouse found in this science center, the urban farming zone presents a greenhouse version as close as possible to the reality of urban society.
18
This greenhouse has a significant concept difference with the mini greenhouse in the urban farming zone which is located on the main building's rooftop, because the concept of this greenhouse is as an attractive building for visitors who will make visitors and the wider community more familiar with urban farming.

In order for the mass attractiveness of this greenhouse to be uniquely designed and its display to be an important consideration, vegetation what is displayed is dominated by non-farming vegetation, namely ornamental plants that produce mini ecosystems in greenhouses.
