REDUCES CHOLESTEROL For cholesterol reduction and/or maintenance, many countries have the same recommendations as EFSA – the daily intake should be 3g β-glucan to use the claim and at least 1g β-glucan per serving (or 0.75g in USA). This can be achieved by consuming different sources and different amounts of calories, such as:
