Custom Design Details
Custom form must be filled out completely before project can begin
Minimum order quantities vary, Uusally starting at 1,200 pieces and up depending on complexity, size, fabric requirements, and other factors.
We require a 50% deposit after approval of design. Deposit is applied to the last half of the shipment. After we have shipped the first half of the order, only freight charges will apply.
Once the design is approved and deposit is received, production begins. Lead time is typically 120-150 days.
Items must stay in case pack quantities and all products must be taken by the 6 month mark.
Processing time for new designs can vary depending on the complexity of the design and the number of samples that are required .
Some restrictions apply to where embroidery can be placed and what fabric types can be embroidered.
