Growing up I always knew that I was a leader and that I would be influential one day in my community I just did not know how. As I began to serve in the church growing up, God gave me a heart for Women’s Ministry. And I understood that what a woman does comes from whom she believes she is. I believed that although I had struggles in my career, understanding how to be a wife, a mom, a daughter, a mentor, and a leader in the church, my destiny was tied to helping other women discover their God-given purpose and talents to impact the church and the world. My struggles led me on a journey to discover my own power through learning and exposure. And believe it or not, this is why I believe "we are empowered by what we learn and what we are exposed to I thank God daily for the journey he took me on for empowered discovery Currently, I serve serve as CO- Pastor alongside my husband, LEAD Pastor Tony Cash of The Leadership Church I am the CEO of Jackson HR & Administrative Services LLC, Ydennek Girls Who Lead Foundation and Founder Of The National Women’s Empowerment Ministry And through all of these organizations I am in the business of serving Women and Girls, which is my empowered pleasure
