Meet the Fleet

The newest members of the fleet, the sister ships National Geographic Endurance and National Geographic Resolution, are Polar Class 5 vessels with patented X-bows®. Sleek on the outside with top amenities on the inside, they offer 69 spacious cabins accommodating 126 guests. They each feature a yoga studio, saunas, numerous dining and lounge options, and a photo workshop area. With Zodiacs, kayaks, cross-country skis, and snowshoes on board, they’re the ultimate base for exploration.

The 52-cabin National Geographic Endeavour II spends the year in the Galápagos, and is outfitted with a range of expedition equipment, including kayaks, Zodiac landing craft, a glass-bottom boat, and snorkeling gear.

The new, 26-suite National Geographic Islander II has the spirit of a private yacht, with teak decks and bright, airy suites. It is designed to explore the Galápagos year-round with a Science Hub, snorkeling gear, fleets of kayaks and paddleboards, and a custom-built glass-bottomed Zodiac.

Aboard the National Geographic-Lindblad fleet, you’ll enjoy the thrill of exploration and discovery without sacrificing comfort. Each ship provides an inviting home base with high-end amenities and a vibrant yet casual onboard atmosphere. Step aboard and you’ll find comfortable, outside-facing cabins; a well-stocked library; a spa; expansive decks and common spaces; and dining rooms that serve regionally inspired cuisine with fresh, local ingredients.

The nimble National Geographic Quest and National Geographic Venture are the first expedition ships built from scratch in the U.S. They feature the latest satellite and navigation technology and comfortably accommodate 100 guests in 50 cabins.

The National Geographic Sea Bird and National Geographic Sea Lion comfortably accommodate 62 guests in 31 outsidefacing cabins. Along with spacious decks, these vessels carry exploration tools including a SplashCam™ and a hydrophone.

Accommodating 148 guests in 81 cabins, the state-of-the-art National Geographic Explorer offers comfort as well as adventure and is adapted for destinations as varied as Europe’s cities and the polar regions.

The 53-cabin National Geographic Orion serves as a luxurious base camp for voyages to far-flung destinations. This ice-class vessel navigates polar ice as well as coral atolls and is equipped with diving and snorkeling gear.
