When I first became a school bus driver, I only wanted a part time job until my child was old enough to go to school and then I would look for a "real job". I have been in my role as a General Manager for almost 8 years, moving up positions from driver to GM throughout my 18 years with the company. I have grown both personally and professionally with each new challenge that both I and my team face.
