MESSAGE TO MEMBERS

Dear TCAN Members,

As the summer season kicks off, we’re reminded how much TCAN means to the people who walk through our doors — and how much we rely on members like you to keep this place buzzing with life. Thanks to your support, TCAN isn’t just a venue — it’s a home for live music, indie film, theater, and the kind of community spirit you can’t manufacture.

This October, we’re marking a big moment: Bruce Hornsby will take the stage for TCAN’s 28th Annual Benefit. It’s not every day a groundbreaking songwriter with a legacy that spans decades performs in a space this personal. We’d love to see you there — not just for the music, but to celebrate everything your membership makes possible.

In that spirit, thank you — our extended community of TCAN Members — for being the heartbeat of this place. Your support fuels everything we do, from great performances to programs that reach audiences of all ages. Whether you’ve just joined or have been part of this journey for years, your presence makes a difference. For those in our Leadership Circle, whose extraordinary generosity sustains our mission at the highest level, we’re offering new ways to stay engaged — including personalized ticketing and an invitation to join TCAN’s new Advisory Council, where your voice can help shape what comes next. We’re excited to offer more ways for every member to connect, contribute, and be recognized for the role you play in this community.

This season brings an eclectic mix of performances and programs — on stage and under the summer sky. Following a classic outdoor performance by Carbon Leaf at Lookout Farm, we’ll welcome genre-bending bluegrass favorites Twisted Pine in July. Back at TCAN, we’re hosting two nights of Bluebird Improv featuring SNL alum Rachel Dratch — expect sharp wit, big laughs, and creative chaos. Music fans won’t want to miss Nick Lowe & Los Straitjackets, where timeless songwriting meets instrumental swagger. And our Rock on Film Series continues with iconic screenings of Heavy Metal and Woodstock, celebrating the music that shaped generations.

None of this would be possible without you. Your belief in what TCAN stands for — creativity, connection, and community — is what keeps this place alive. Thank you for showing up, for supporting the arts, and for being part of something that still feels a little bit magical. We can’t wait to see you at a show this season.

With gratitude and good music,
