MESSAGE TO MEMBERS Dear TCAN Members, When I first arrived at The Center for Arts in Natick as a volunteer more than two decades ago, I could never have imagined the path ahead — or the role that you, our members, would come to play in shaping this remarkable organization. You are not casual attendees. You are the people who return again and again — sometimes a few times each year, sometimes dozens — filling this room with familiarity, curiosity, and trust. Because of you, TCAN is not simply a venue. It is a living community where artists feel supported, audiences feel known, and the connection between stage and seats feels personal. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with staff, volunteers, and board members who bring extraordinary care to everything we do. But it is your steady presence — your membership, your loyalty, your belief in our mission — that has made it possible for TCAN to grow into the vibrant nonprofit arts organization it is today. As many of you know, this coming year marks a transition for me as I step out of the Executive Director role and into a part-time position as Strategic Advisor, while Erin Basile assumes leadership of TCAN. I cannot imagine a better person to guide TCAN forward. Erin brings insight, integrity, and a deep respect for both artists and audiences. The future of this organization is in thoughtful, capable hands. I will still be close by — cheering from the wings, offering support when helpful, and remaining part of the community that has given me so much. Thank you for the trust you have placed in me, for the many evenings we have shared in this room, and for the countless ways your membership has sustained this mission.
