Spring Seller & Landlord Incentive
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promotional Period
1.1 Offer valid for all new listing agreements signed between 1 September 2025 and 31 October 2025.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Sales Incentives (Removalist / Marketing Credit & LUXE Upgrade): Available only to property owners who appoint an agent from All Properties Group Gold Coast as their exclusive sales agent during the promotion period.
2.2 Prize Draw (Flight Centre Voucher): Open to both sales and property management (rental) listings with an agent from All Properties Group Gold Coast during the promotion period.
3. Seller Incentives
3.1 Option A – Removalist Contribution: Up to $2,000 (incl. GST) towards professional removalist costs, payable upon settlement of the property sale. Any costs above $2,000 are the seller’s responsibility.
3.2 Option B – Marketing Credit (Investor Alternative): Sellers who do not require removalist services may elect to receive a $2,000 (incl. GST) credit towards their property marketing campaign instead.
3.3 LUXE realestate.com.au Upgrade: Each qualifying sales listing will also receive a complimentary LUXE upgrade package on realestate.com.au (valued up to $2,800 incl. GST), applied once the property is live online.
4. Prize Draw – $2,500 Flight Centre Voucher (Sales & Rentals)
4.1 Every property listed for sale or rent with All Properties Group Gold Coast during the promotion period will automatically go into the draw to win a $2,500 Flight Centre gift voucher.
4.2 One winner will be drawn at random on 5 November 2025 and contacted directly.
4.3 The voucher is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
