The goods

Your highly anticipated dresser has arrived! Let’s get this thing started. First, lay out the Top Panel (A), the Left Side Panel (C), the Right Side Panel (D), and the Drawer Front Panel (Q) on a soft surface or towel in front of you. Insert the Cam Bolts (1) into the designated holes following the image below. Step 1

Now insert the Wooden Dowels (2) into the Top Back Panel (F), then push Bottom Back Panel (E) together as shown. Step 2 2 x3pcs

Step

3 3 x8pcs

Cam lock time! Push the Left Side Panel (C) and Right Side Panel (D) into the sides of the pieces you assembled in Step 2. Secure in place using the Cam Locks (3). See the next page for instructions on using Cam Locks.

How to use cam locks

Did you know?

Cam locks are used to join two panels together, usually the edge of one to the flat side of another.

First, your cam bolt (or cam pin) will need to be properly inserted into the flat side of the board.

Important Note: Only tighten the cam bolt until it is secure. Do not over-tighten.

Next, you will fit the proper hole on the edge of the associated joining panel over the cam bolt.

Important Note: When installed properly, the head of the cam bolt will be visible through the larger hole on the side of the joining panel.

Next, you will notice the cam lock has a “C” shaped back. Commonly, an arrow on the front of the cam lock points in the same direction as the open section on back.

Using these as your cue, insert the cam lock into the large hole so the opening of the “C” fits over the head of the cam bolt.

Using a screwdriver, you will turn the cam lock until it stops, usually between 130º or 180º. You will feel the panels pulling closer until they are secured.

Important Note: Only turn the cam lock until the panels are fully engaged & feel secure. Turning too far may lead to hardware failure

Still having issues?

If a cam lock seems to be spinning in place or is not “catching” or pulling the panels together as expected , first remove the cam lock & try again while making sure that everything is properly positoned & oriented .

If you are still having issues getting things work ing as expected, first remove the cam lock then unscrew the cam bolt slightly (less than 1 complete turn) to see if that helps with the alignment of the cam lock & bolt.

Step 4

Now attach the Top Panel (A) to the pieces you assembled in Step 3. Secure in place using the Wooden Dowels (2), using the Cam Locks (3).

Next, locate the M8*30mm Wooden Dowels (2) and place it into its corresponding holes. Then grab the Bottom Panel (G) and attach it to the what you’ve assembled so far using the Cam Locks (3) and M4*35mm Screws (7).

Step 8

Find both of the Top Metal Stretcher (H) and make sure you can see holes on each, paying attention to the image below. Use the Hex Button Head Bolts (9) to secure these parts into place along the long edges of the dresser. Tighten to 80%.

Time to give your furniture a leg up (or two)! Take both of the Base Side Panel (K) and secure them onto your dresser using the Hex Button Head Bolts (9). At this point, only tighten to 80%. Step 9 9 x8pcs

Step 10

We’re about halfway through! Now would be the perfect time to stretch or have a snack break. We’re going to need to be energized to finish off these last few steps. Now, attach the Bottom Metal Stretcher (J) using the Hex Button Head Bolt (8) at this point, only tighten to 80%, and the Hex Button Head Bolt (9). Fully tighten.

Step 11

Now that we’ve got the frame so far along, it’s time to move onto the drawers. Locate the Drawer Front Panel (Q) and attach the Drawer Support Rail (O) using the Cam Locks (3).

Then attach the Drawer Right Side Panel (P) using the Wooden Dowels (10), the Screws (7), and the Barrel Nuts (16). Make sure the barrel nuts are facing the correct direction, checking the image below. Tighten to 80%.

Helpful Tip:

If the Screw (7) isn’t lining up with the Barrel Nut (16), use a screwdriver to slightly turn the Barrel Nut (16) into place.

Slide the Drawer Bottom Panel (N) into place, then secure it with the Wooden Dowels (10), the Screws (7), and the Barrel Nuts (16). Repeat for all three drawers. Step 12

Grab the Drawer Left Side Panel (L) and attach it to the other side of the drawer using the Wooden Dowels (10), the Screws (7), and the Barrel Nuts (16). Then attach the Handle (4) using the Screws (5). Repeat this for all three drawers. Step 13

NOTE: The drawer side panels with the labels are to be used for and installed as the top drawer.

We want your products to last as long as possible, so we recommend that you re-tighten the bolts 2 weeks after assembly.
