Urban implantation C’est en reprenant le principe d’imbrication et de contraste de la maison de ville que nous créerons notre projet. Nous ajouterons la dimensions du contexte urbain (entre parc et boulevard) par le cadrage des ouvertures. Fort de ces trois intentions, notre projet s’articulera en une unitée qui, par l’étude du site, nous amènera à construire pour des étudiants tout en y incorporant une dimension d’échange et de partage. En effet, ayant plusieurs universités et École supérieures alentours, nous créerons des espaces pour étudiants qui offrent un large choix de mode de vie individuel (Studios étudiants, T1, T2) ou bien collectif (collocations T4 de 80 m2). Afin de créer une dynamique dans notre projet de logement, nous aménagerons également des espaces pour familles monoparentales (T4 de 80 m2 si non occupé par étudiants en collocation), familles avec possibilité d’héberger une (ou deux) personnes âgées (T4 de 110 m2) ou familles nombreuses (Duplex T6 de 125 m2 et de 150 m2). Le fait d’avoir à la fois des familles avec enfants ou personnes âgées permet de créer des besoins chez les familles (aides pour les courses aux personnes âgées, aide / compagnie ou soutien scolaire, babysitting pour les enfants) qui peuvent être comblés par les étudiants dans le projet de logement afin que chacun échange et partage.

L’imbrication sera caractérisée par l’incorporation des logements étudiants individuels en façade qui « donne le ton » et permettent de mettre les étudiants « en avant » comme pour caractériser le projet. Le constraste sur le jeu des pleins et des vides se fera par les ouvertures crées par ces décalages en façade sud qui se répercuteront à l’arrière en façade nord (en coupe). Ensuite pour finir, nous metterons l’accent sur le cadrage et, l’apport de lumière sur la façade sud par des ouvertures à dominante verticales (en conservant des baies vitrées pour l’accès aux loggias) et un cadrage sur le panorama et le jardin façade nord par des ouvertures horizontale qui suivront l’acitivité interne (passage couloir, fenêtre à hauteur de vue et assis ou allongé dans son lit, fenêtre à hauteur de vue). Voilà les 3 orientations principales du projet impliquant également la dimension sociale d’échange et de partage entre étudiants/familles et permettant aux étudiants de bénéficier de logements compacts avec de la lumière (aucune mono-orientation Nord) et avec la possibilité d’espace flexible (hauteur à 3.00m avec surélévation des salles de bain pour un gain d’espace sur l’emplacement du lit et de l’espace intime).

Exposition d’oeuvres d’art
Après réflexion autour de l’habiter et llaconclusion qu’habiter c’est « l’endroit où l’on peut prendre ses aises » mais, surtout et avant tout, l’endroit où l’on peut « prendre son temps ». « Habiter » étant donc suite à cela, la parfaite symbiose entre l’espace et le temps, c’est pour annoncer le logement sur sa façade que nous choisirons comme gardescorps une représentation de l’oeuvre d’art contemporaine de Ennio Iommi (cofondateur du Mouvement « Madi » d’Art abstrait en Argentine) intitulé « Direction ». Car la direction est ce qui représente le mieux cette symbiose entre l’espace et le temps.
Cet emplacement sera réservé pour l’exposition d’oeuvres d’art telles que par exemple la fameuse oeuvre « Skin 2 » du sculpteur turc Mehmet Ali Uysal, l’espace étant le facteur majeur de son oeuvre.
Protection solaire et Point de vue sur le parc Inspiré d’un projet de logement de Argouach Associés et Architectes avec un élément de vue panoramique sur la toirure en créant une sorte de « poste d’observation » au sommet de celle-ci.
Pergolas
Volets persiennés
Dans l’usage de nos trois matériaux principaux (bois, acier et béton), nous utiliserons pour les Duplex sur double hauteur des pergola pour venir briser le soleill, créer un jeu de lumière intéressant à l’intérieur des espaces de vie et annoncer le parc qui se trouve de l’autre côté du « barrage » sur boulevard.
Dans cette optique de « briser » les rayons, comme les pergolas qui crééent des ombres répétitives et cadencées, les volets persiennés viennent cette fois jouer avec l’intensitée lumineuse et « briser » les rayons de manière horizontale.

Ouvertures étroites
Ouverture en double hauteur pour les Duplex
Gilles Perraudin étant un professionnel des « brisures » de lumière par le jeu de pergolas, de toiture ou d’ouvertures tout en hauteur, c’est également en nous inspirant de ses réalisations du chai viticole à Vauvert que nous créerons ce jeu de hauteur, de fentes étroites et d’ombres à l’intérieur de l’espace pour capter un maximum de soleil (apport solaire à la verticale) et créer cet effet intérieur de trainées lumineuses qui rappellent en contraste les trainées d’ombre des pergolas. Jeu sur la division de la lumière et la scission ombre / lumière.
Pour les duplex, nous proposerons une ouverture en double hauteur sur les loggias mais également une partie dans le séjour. Nous reprendrons le rythme et la régularité des poutres de la pergola à l’intérieur pour créer une limite virtuelle entre les deux niveaux tout en conservant la vision d’un niveau à l’autre. L’architecte Shigeru Ban avait repris ce principe dans un de ses projet d’immeuble le « metal shutter houses » conçu à New York. Dans son projet, les loggias de doubles hauteurs s’ouvre grâce à une baie vitrée qui se replis vers le haut. Des stores viennent fermer les loggia en cas de trop fortes chaleurs pour pour fermer l’habitat.
Nous nous appuierons également sur les anciens travaux de Luis Barragàn et du centre équestre réalisé au Mexique ou encore la Casa Gilardi où il emploie également ce genre d’ouverture qui apporte de la lumière mais également la tamise. Pour les portes coulissantes nous utiliserons des portes dans le style du projet ABC Museum de Aranguren & Gallegos Architects de Madrid.
L’espace étant la question primordiale des étudiants. Afin de leur offrir la possibilité d’avoir un espace de vie agréable, nous avons augmenter la hauteur sous plafond à 3 mètres pour chaque logement étudiant du simple studio au T4 pour leur permettre d’avoir une plus grande sensation de l’espace mais également, pour permettre de créer un bloc unique entre salle de bain et chambre. Ainsi, les salles de bain seront surélevées de 80 cm chacune pour permettre un gain d’espace optimum. Effectivement, dans un logement étudiant l’élément prenant le plus de place, la plupart du temps, étant le lit, la surélévation de la salle de bain leur permet de « ranger » leurs lits respectifs le jour afin d’optimiser l’espace dans le séjour ou la pièce de vie et permettre l’accueil d’amis ou la pratique d’activitées en tout genre.
Cloisons pliantes Toujours dans l’optique de proposer plus d’espace aux étudiants, nous mettons à leur dispositions des cloisons pliantes. Ceci afin de créer de plus grands espaces le jour et réduire l’entrée de lumière la nuit, nous proposons ainsi aux étudiants des possibilités pour moduler leur appartement et l’aggrandir à leur guise pour des déjeuners entre amis, des activités ou tout simplement la volonté de vivre dans un espace plus aéré. [2] - SHALEEMAR DU BOISÉ, A TRUE HISTORY "Shalee" is the diminutive of "Shaleemar du Boisé" The brand "Shalee" comes from the unique experience lived with the arabian stallion "Shaleemar du boisé" in Montreal (Winter 2012).
