IHSADA MEMBERSHIP INFO This is a reminder that you can join the IHSADA by registering using the IHSADA Membership Google Form where you pay your fees by the IHSADA PO/Check Option or you can register using the IHSADA Credit Card Option where you pay for fees using a Credit Card. If you are not sure whether you are registered, please shoot me an email and I will get back to you by email within 24 hours. During these troubled times, we need each other and the IHSADA more than ever. The IHSADA provides: Opportunities to build relationships with your fellow AD across the state, Opportunities to share best practices during the pandemic, a 2 million dollar liability insurance coverage during these unusual times, a $2,500 term life insurance policy, Professional development opportunities with the teaching of LTI courses, District meetings to discuss current topics and share best practices. Most important, is my concern for the well-being of our educational professionals and specifically the Athletic Administrators during the Pandemic. I found this article in a recent journal regarding 5 Signs Your Being Overworked at Your Job (found elsewhere in the newsletter.) Some of the information fits the education profession and specifically the Athletic Administrator and I wanted to share those thoughts with you. There are some topics and suggestions that maybe you need to think about? Remember that the future looks brighter and we are getting closer to the return to some sort of normalcy!!
