3729 NW Summerfield Bend OR 97703
PRESENTED BY THE VANDENBORN GROUP
We love that our home is a blend of classic and modern design. Our home is a harmonious blend of modern design and classic architecture. The single-story open concept floor plan is enhanced by high ceilings that allow natural light to fill every room. It is truly special to have such a large lot, in town, with beautiful views of mature landscaping from every window. Our European designed chef's kitchen opens seamlessly to the outdoors and creates a wonderful indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Thank you, Tracy & Laurent Soriano

Welcome to North Star Elementary School! Together We Shine with Commitment, Compassion, Courage and Curiosity!
Message From the Principal North Star Elementary School will open its doors in the fall of 2019. We are excited to begin building relationships and traditions with our North Star students, families and staff. Our vision is for our students to have a strong foundation in the following areas: Commitment: Encouraging students to participate in a variety of activities and responsibilities within our school community, contributing to a greater purpose. Compassion: Fostering an environment where students feel and demonstrate empathy and concern for others. Courage: Developing the capacity within students to venture, persevere, and take on challenges. Curiosity: Creating opportunities for students to eagerly explore and investigate the world around them. We are a kindergarten through fifth grade elementary school with approximately 300 students. We are committed to supporting everyone to achieve their potential. Our staff is committed to providing our students with a quality education with enrichment opportunities that enhance their experience.
Our school is currently under construction and therefore we do not have a school office on site. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us by email or by calling our main office telephone at 541-355-2300. I look forward to meeting you all and building strong relationships. Thank you, Kevin Gehrig, Principal

Safe & Welcoming Environment
Our promise is for every student to be known by name, strength and need; and to graduate ready for college, career and citizenship. Our focus is on people, starting with our teachers and school staff and extending to students, families and community partners. We ask teachers, school leaders and staff to hold our students to high expectations, to model those standards in their own behavior and to provide all students the support they need to succeed.
The Oregon Department of Education is partnering with school districts and local communities to ensure a 90% ontime, four year graduation rate by 2025. To progress toward this goal, the state will prioritize efforts to improve attendance, provide a well-rounded education, invest in implementing culturally responsive practices, and promote continuous improvement to close opportunity and achievement gaps for historically and currently underserved students.
Bend-La Pine Schools is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all students. Our strategic priorities include · Maximizing safety for students, staff, and the community. · Ensuring physically and psychologically safe, secure and orderly learning environments. · Building upon our foundation of prevention, intervention, emotional health and crisis preparedness.

The first photo (River Trail Direct Access Summerfield) will show you the trail in the common space which is two houses over from ours. The trail is located between 3732 & 3754 Summerfield. This trail allows for someone to connect directly to the Deschutes River Trail without having to cross Archie Briggs. It is more of a runner’s trail as the terrain is not as manicured as our other options. Second trail option (2 photos - #1. River Trail from Summerfield Road #2. River Trail from Summerfield/Archie Briggs) these photos will show you our access to the river trail from the bottom of Summerfield when we directly cross Archie Briggs. We also have a third option depending on how you are walking in the neighborhood that also connects to the Deschutes River Trail via Falcon Ridge. This photo was taken from the vantage point of being on the trail and looking up to Falcon Ridge.

Slight Seller's Advantage
In the last few weeks the market has achieved a relative stasis point in terms of sales to inventory. However, inventory is sufficiently low to keep us in the Seller’s Market zone so watch changes in the MAI. If the market heats up, prices are likely to resume an upward climb.
