On the plat can you state that parcel 1 will have 0.55 acres of COID water rights and parcel 2 will have 0.75 acres of COID water rights. Ca you callout a 20’ right of ay for the ditch that ru s ithi the boundary of parcel 2 (COID’s A-7 sub lateral). The s aller ditch has a 5’ right of ay (pri ate irrigatio ditch). The smaller ditch has around 10 acres of COID water rights that pass through it at a rate of 10 gallons per minute per acre (piping calculations). Currently, there are no deliveries for either parcel on the smaller ditch; therefore, COID recommends to design an irrigation system layout that would show two turnout locations with an associated measuring device on the construction plans.
