Bro. Broderick D. Davis

Roderick Davis, a native of Eastern North Carolina, was born into a loving family. As the third born of four children to the late Tommy and Susie Davis, Roderick grew up surrounded by the values of hard work and perseverance instilled in him by his parents. He graduated from the esteemed Rocky Mount Senior High School before embarking on his higher education journey at Winston-Salem State University, a historically black college and university known for producing top-tier scholars and leaders.
During his time at Winston-Salem State University, Roderick initially pursued a music major with a vocal concentration, showcasing his passion for the arts. However, his academic path took a turn when he discovered a deep interest in psychology and English, leading him to change his major and minor accordingly. Currently, Roderick is on the cusp of completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Cyber Security at Southern New Hampshire University, a testament to his dedication and drive for continued learning and growth.
Beyond his academic pursuits, Roderick’s faith journey has been a cornerstone of his life. From accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at a young age to answering the call to ministry later in life, he has been unwavering in his commitment to serving the body of Christ. Through his involvement in various roles within the local church, Roderick has been blessed to serve as musician, teacher, and mentor to many seeking to grow in Christ, and has dedicated his talents and skills to spreading the message of God’s love and grace. With a heart full of gratitude and humility, he attributes all his successes and accomplishments to the guiding hand of God, striving to bring honor and glory to His name. His heart’s desire is to live out the rest of his days bringing pleasure to Christ’s heart and fame to His name.

Natalie Renee Parker: Faithful Leader and Organizational Champion
Inspired by Deborah, a judge of Israel, Natalie Renee Parker leads with a divine mission to guide others to freedom through Christ. Her journey in ministry began at the tender age of 5, when she accepted Christ in her parents’ living room, building upon a rich lineage of pastors and spiritual leaders. In the fall of 2001, Natalie answered her formal call to ministry at a conference in Petersburg, Virginia, launching a purposeful path that would eventually impact both spiritual and corporate realms.
Drawing from her extensive education – including a degree in English from Bennett College and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from The George Washington University , and studies at Palmer Theological seminary Natalie brings a unique blend of corporate acumen, research and spiritual wisdom to her work. Her approach is anchored in the immutable Word of God, the power of love, and the necessity of authenticity in an era of “alternative facts.”
Natalie’s ministry transcends the pulpit, extending seamlessly into her community work and professional leadership. As the founder of 5 Talents Consulting and Natalie Parker Enterprises, she empowers faith-based organizations, marketplace leaders, and individuals to amplify their kingdom impact in both ministry and business. Her servant leadership philosophy, grounded in the belief of being “in authority, under authority,” guides her efforts, whether she is leading Bible studies at Turning Point Women’s Shelter or spearheading corporate transformations with grace and purpose.
Together with her husband, Rev. Khalil Parker, and their beautiful children, Nathan and Khari, Natalie lives out her conviction that as iron sharpens iron, we are called to uplift one another. Through prayer, guidance, and intentional leadership, she helps others cultivate their God-given talents for the benefit of the kingdom, viewing every interaction as an opportunity to demonstrate Christ’s transformative power in both spiritual and professional contexts.
