This first table details important information about your current account allocations such as: • Account: What accounts you are currently allocated in • Segment Start & End Date: How long you have consecutively been active in an account • Renewal Crediting Rate: Current renewal rates for each account • Default Extension Selection: Whether or not the segment will be extended or reset if you do not submit changes prior to the end of your Reallocation Period

EXTENSION SELECTIONS 2. Determine If Updates Are Required Based on the review of your current segments and existing Default Extension Selections, designate if you’d like to make changes to your current account extension selections. Selecting YES means: You can change your existing account extension selection which will either Extend an existing segment or Reset (end) an existing segment • Selecting NO means: The Default Extension Selection identified in the summary (example in Step 1) table will take effect at the end of your Reallocation Period •

If you select YES you can use the drop-downs to update your Account Extension Selections. The table will update to reflect the associated rates and values based on your selection. Choosing an Extension Selection that matches your current default will prompt you to select NO above as no changes were made.
