Local museums offer military star treatment From NAS Key West Public Affairs

our museums in Key West have registered with the 2015 Blue Star Museum program, offering free admission to active military members and their immediate dependents from now until Labor Day. The Custom House, Fort East Martello Museum, Key West Lighthouse & Keeper’s Quarters and the Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden are among more than 2,000 museums nationwide participated in the fifth annual Blue Star Museums summer program. Blue Star Museums program runs from Memorial Day, which was Monday, to Labor Day, Sept. 6. see blue star page 8
