alfour Beatty Communities staff will discuss improvements to Sigsbee Park duplexes with resident at a Community Huddle Wednesday. The $5.5 million project includes expansive window and sliding glass door replacement and the installation of new weather heads for electrical wire protection, and roof replacements. Details of the renovation will be discussed at the huddle, which meets from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. at the Sigsbee Park Community Center. “Balfour Beatty Communities is dedicated to providing military service members with quality housing, and we are working diligently to renovate our current portfolio of Sigsbee Park duplexes,” a BBC news release noted.
