Activities carried out after NASE course Location: Philippine Normal University, Taft Ave., Manila, Philippines Contents of the activity PARALLEL EARTH. The activity was done in an Integrated Science class of second year university students. These students are science elementary education majors and one of the objectives of their subject includes describing the changes in the position and length of shadows in the surroundings. The NASE activity parallel earth was done to show the position and length of shadows in different countries at the same time. The students tried to approximate the time of the countries using the shadows that they see on the globe.
