Headshots

How to prepare

We’ll be taking a headshot that includes your shoulders and some of your torso. Unless otherwise indicated, you won’t need to consider your pants, skirt, or shoes in how you present yourself in the photo. Dress to your personal style. Conventionally, it is recommended that folks wear solid colors and something relatively simple. However, we’ve found that a top or outfit you feel comfortable and confident in is best for capturing you at your best. Some more intricate patterns can be distracting to the eye. Please reach out to your Account Manager if you have any questions about a specific fabric. We also welcome bringing multiple options to OFFICE HOLIDAYS AND CLOSURES try and see what you prefer!

IMAGES

Our photographer will show you the images on the camera’s viewfinder so you can make adjustments as you see fit (e.g. fixing hair, makeup, angles). TNP photgrapgers capture images in RAW format. This file type is extremely large in size and allows for maximum editability so we can choose the settings that will result in the best possible image. The images you will see in the camera viewfinder may appear dull, dark, or flat. Please know that the editing process is when they will come to life. Images will be edited and can be expected within 14-days.

Our facilities

We have gender neutral bathrooms within our office area where you can change or check your hair, reapply lip gloss, etc. To make the most of our photographer’s time, please come fully prepared and a few minutes before your time slot. Come to our office! We like to encourage partners and their staff to come to New Haven for the day, use our offices, get their headshots, and get to know TNP staff a little better. We have ample space for you to work alone or collaboratively here during your visit. We usually reserve our 12-person conference room for your team to use all day: please let your account manager know if you require different accommodations. We have WiFi, printing, and a full kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, tea, etc
