WOW cards are instant recognion, on the spot, for a job well done. Any employee who performs exceponal service is instantly recognized in front of all the employees and customers for their efforts.BranchManagers,AreaManagers,andHODsandWarehouse Managers observe all the acvies of all the employees, like punctuality, helping colleagues, customer handling, knowledge sharing, self-appearance, innovaon, visual merchandising etc. Any employee geng more WOW cards in a quarter is rewarded with Rs.2000/- as cash and is also presented with WOW Mug in the Team Meengs, highlighng their achievements and contribuons to the organizaon.

SRSMnot onlyRetailCloths but also takecareof our employeeTrainingNeedsand Traintheminternally OurRecentsuchTrainingintervenonwasonMicrosoExcel for new joiners and others who need to work on Microso Excel. The training was conducted to improve the everyday producvity of respecve team members by ulizing widely known shortcuts, formulas, and problem-solving methodologies. This was a basic session to understand the importance of sheets, ulize shortcuts like 'CTRL space' for selecng columns, 'CTRL arrow keys' for quick navigaon and variousimportantformulas/syntaxes.

Mr Jampana Srinivas Raju, Head HR and Admin, sharing the “Best HR: Employee Relaonship Management” award with our Board of Directors, received by him at Internaonal HR Conclave, held on 21st April 2024 at Swami Vivekanand University, Kolkata.
