President Geingob meets Namibians in USA On Saturday, 19 September, Namibian nationals residing in the Washington DC area - including former namib times reporter, Piquet Jacobs - were hosted by Namibian Ambassador, Martin Andjaba, at his lovely home. The honorary guests of the evening were Namibian President Hage Geingob and the beautiful First Lady Monica Geingos. The evening gave Namibian nationals and friends of Namibia the opportunity to spend time with the President and First Lady, as they make their first official visit to the United States of America as President and First Lady of Namibia. The First Couple and the

presidential delegation were warmly greeted by Ambassador Andjaba and his wife, Caroline Andjaba, along with the Namibian community in the USA. Geingob took the time to speak to community members and leaders, answering questions
