Reinheitsgebot 500 years old Erwin Leuschner A special day for every beer lover on Saturday, 23 April. The date marks the 500 year anniversary of the Reinheitsgebot, also referred to as the German Beer Purity Law. It is a collective name for a series of regulations limiting the ingredients in beer to water, barley and hops. Why is the German law relevant to Namibia though? Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL) is the only large scale commercial brewery in sub Saharan Africa that brews in accordance with the law. “NBL – a subsidiary of the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group – proudly joins the rest of the world in celebration of the 500-year anniversary of this beer tradition,” O&L announced in a press release. The Reinheitsgebot, which is celebrated by participating breweries across the world, will also be celebrated in Namibia with various activities initiated by NBL commencing this Saturday. Regular updates and more information will feature on the O&L Facebook page. The law was adopted across Bavaria in Germany on April 23 1516, although the first mention of the word Reinheitsgebot was only much later. According to the law, the only ingredients that could be used in the production of beer are water, barley and hops. “This is to protect consumers from beer that often contained additives that could be toxic or poisonous, such as mushrooms, stinging nettle and henbane to name a few,” O&L states. Interestingly enough, it was also introduced in part to prevent price competition with bakers for wheat and rye. The restriction of grains to barley ensured the availability of affordable bread, as wheat and rye were reserved for use by bakers. In the statement NBL Managing Director, Wessie van der Westhuizen, takes great pride in the company upholding the law: “We believe in brewing beer naturally, even if it means the process is not cheap and more complex, it is for the consumer's benefit that we brew in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot - to give them only the best. We are convinced that beer lovers appreciate and taste the difference. The Reinheitsgebot symbol on our beer guarantees that you get only the very best that beer can offer.” NBL Head Brewer, Christian Müller, agrees with this statement: “We are extremely proud that we uphold the tradition established in 1516 and brew according to the Reinheitsgebot. We believe this is the only way to brew a pure beer. It is not an easy task, but NBL chooses not to compromise on quality.” Residents at the coast can too celebrate this special occasion of a 500 year old tradition. Beer lovers can taste their favourite beer brewed according to the law at various establishments, be it the famous Brauhaus, which also has special beer mugs, or the new Brewer and Butcher Restaurant at the Strand Hotel. The Strand Hotel has its own microbrewery, which also brews according to the age old law.
Inderdaad ‘n asbesgevaar by Fashion World brandtoneel Floris Steenkamp

Blood donation today at Swakopmund
The Blood Transfusion Service of Namibia (NamBTS) is appealing to the public to donate blood before the upcoming public holidays in May, to ensure that there is sufficient blood and blood products available for patients countrywide. “On average we must collect 135 donations every weekday to meet demand. The public holidays in
March resulted in a decline in the blood supply as 400 fewer donations were collected than needed, which
had a ripple effect on April's blood supply,” said NamBTS Educational Officer, Titus Shivute. May has four pu-
blic holidays, which means even less days to collect enough blood to bridge the gap in the national blood supply. O-blood is needed for cases of emergency. NamBTS Swakopmund will be hosting a blood
donation clinic today at the Swakopmund Hotel and Entertainment Centre up to 15:00. For more information, call 061 386 300 or visit the foundation’s facebook page where there is information to share.

MTC to appeal cell tower case Erwin Leuschner
The mobile telephone giant MTC intends to appeal in the Supreme Court of Namibia against a recent judgement delivered in the High Court, after which MTC was ordered to pay a Swakopmund resident N$326,644.73. The case received a lot of media attention as the resident, Siegfried Eckleben, initially was told by various lawyers that he would not stand a chance against a big corporation. “I was informed by my lawyer that MTC intends to lodge an appeal,” Eckleben said to namib times. Eckleben admits that he was a bit surprised by this new development, but that he will continue in his efforts and fight the case. “It's not about the money but rather about the principle. If I should lose in the appeal, it will prove that a small person doesn't stand a chance against big corporations, which have seemingly endless amounts of resources,” he says. The case involved a cell phone repeater installation on a small tower at a house on a smallholding on the outskirts of Swakopmund, which Eckleben had bought in 2010. Eckleben noticed though that the antennae were in very close proximity to where people would walk past and that there was reasonable concern about the level of radiation. He borrowed a device to test the radiation and found it was in excess of 20 times the maximum allowable amount set by the International Commission for Non Ionising Radiation Protection (ICNIRP). After he confronted MTC the company abruptly gave written notice to terminate the
lease agreement. He noticed that nowhere in the original rental agreement, which authorized MTC to utilise the tower for the installation, did it state, that the lease may be terminated before the expiry date, which would only lapse this year. Eckleben thereafter went to court and initially struggled to find a lawyer willing to take on the case. After a court case which dragged on for years, judgement was delivered by Judge Shafimana Ueitele in the beginning of March. He came to the conclusion that MTC ended a rental agreement not only abruptly, but also against its own terms. He ordered the mobile telephone giant to pay Eckleben the sum of N$326,644.73, as well as various legal costs. Eckleben was represented by Esi Schimming and Andreas Vaatz, while Phillip Barnard represented MTC. Namib times attempted to get a statement from MTC regarding the matter, but that was not available till yesterday. It was also not possible to get an answer from MTC, if there have been similar cases in the past about cellphone repeater stations or towers, which allegedly emit high amounts of radiation and cause health risks.

A total of 388 people were killed in firearm-related incidents in Namibia from January 2011 to January this year, the InspectorGeneral of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol) revealed on Wednesday. The statistics are included in a statement delivered on behalf of LieutenantGeneral Sebastian Ndeitunga at Walvis Bay during a workshop on the building of knowledge and capacity towards the ratification of the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), and implementation of related national, regional and international instruments on Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW). The ATT is a multilateral treaty that regulates the international trade in conventional weapons for the purpose of contributing to international and regional peace, reducing human suffering, and promoting co-operation, transparency and responsible action. Ndeitunga said 1 050 cases of attempted murder by firearms; 1 997 cases of pointing of a firearm and 1 641 cases of armed robbery were recorded over the same period. “The NamPol senior management under my leadership is deeply disturbed by these statistics. The lives of innocent nationals are lost almost every day due to the misuse of unlawfully and lawfully possessed firearms,” he said. If this phenomenon is allowed to go on unchallenged, it not only poses a threat to national and regional security, peace and political stability, but also has the potential to hamper socio-economic development in Namibia and other countries. The two-day workshop started on Wednesday and is being attended by persons including high-ranking officials of NamPol and members of the Parliamentary Standing Committee Foreign Affairs, Defence and Security. The workshop aims to enhance understanding of principles and objectives of national, regional and international instruments on SALW, in order to help combat illegal firearms. (NAMPA)

Mr Andrew Wallace says he has reached a level of utmost frustration after his current service provider could not explain how it is possible for the alarm system to be activated, yet burglars sidestepped external and internal motion detectors and had an estimated twenty minutes to remove glass panels from an office window and unscrew the burglar bars before gaining access to the offices. Energy Minister apologises Nampa sets record straight after errofor electricity blackout neously attributing blackout to Omburu Solar Park Floris Steenkamp
Mines and Energy Minister Obeth Kandjoze offered a public apology to Namibia earlier this week for a nearly two hours electricity blackout that paralysed the Central-, Northern- and Coastal areas of the country on Monday. Minister Kandjoze issued a media statement in which it was confirmed during the commissioning stage on Monday of generator number two (there are four) at the Ruacana hydroelectrical power plant, a fault occurred which required national power utility NamPower to disconnect the power station from the Namibian grid as a matter of emergency. NamPower removed generator number 2 in October 2015 for refurbishment. It was during re-installation and commissioning when the fault occurred that resulted in the blackout between 13:08 and 15:26. The end of the misery it was not. According to Kandjoze a planned maintenance to the 400kv powerline, which feeds imported electricity
into the Namibian grid at Aries in the Northern Cape, was down due to planned maintenance. The remaining 220kv double circuit power line could not handle the high load and tripped, thereby effectively grinding electricity import from Eskom in South Africa to a halt. Namibia imports the bulk of its electricity needs, but has local generating capacity at the hydroelectrical power plant at Ruacana, Van Eck thermal power station (Windhoek) and the Paratus and Anixas diesel powered power stations at Walvis Bay. This existing generating capacity is insufficient to make the country electricity-independent, hence supply agreements with a number of Southern African states.
CORRECTION: Namibia without electricity for two hours Removing all reference to the Omburu Solar PV Plant in our story about the Power Outage in Namibia published on Monday. headline: Namibia without electricity for two hours. It has since come to light that the outage was caused during the commissioning of generator two at the Ruacana Power Station in the Kunene Region. Minister of Mines and Energy Obeth Kandjoze issued a statement about the matter on Tuesday. We regret any misconceptions possibly created by the information provided. (NAMPA)
Apology to Innosun for incorrect reporting The namib times in its edition of Tuesday 19 April carried a front page article from the Namibia Press Agency (Nampa) in which it was explained a fault at the Omburu Solar Park at Omaruru was the cause of Monday’s power outage. Certain inaccurate facts about the power park was also mentioned in the said article. Although namib times carried the article in good faith and in the trust that the article is factually correct, the newspaper nevertheless see it necessary and fit to unreservedly apologise to Innosun, the owner and operator of Omburu Solar Park, for publishing the incorrect and embarrassing information.

Mud islands forming from the ocean bed, an oil spill or dredge spoil from the current construction of an oil import facility north of Walvis Bay were some of the possible explanations motorists on the B2 coastal road gave to namib times on Tuesday for the gigantic black stain that was floating off Walvis Bay in the bay area, visible to the naked eye but not close enough to observe detail. After an investigation it was found that this black stain was in fact tens of thousands of cormorants that flocked into one area to feed on either a shoal of fish or shrimp that was forced to the surface by a sulphur eruption. On Thursday a large number of people converged on the beach area at the bird island where rock lobster walked out of the water to escape the low oxygen sulphur sea water.

Woermann Brock to DRC-settlement Erwin Leuschner
The retail group, Woermann Brock, wishes to construct a new supermarket in the vicinity of the DRC informal settlement. This development will also include various other services and shops as well as a Day-Care Children House (DCCH). The Swakopmund Local Authority recently approved a relevant application and will avail an erf of 12 000 square metres to Woermann Brock. Instead of purchasing the erf Woermann Brock will rather exchange a portion of the exact same size of a different business erf (Erf 5360) in Matutura to the municipality. This erf, which measures a total of four hectares, is already owned by the group. During the meeting it was agreed that Woermann Brock will retain a smaller portion of the huge erf. According to the Agenda Council approved the allocation of the initial erf close to Mile 4 to Woermann Brock in September 2009. In an application made by Ingo Woermann on behalf of the group in May 2015, he states that it is desirous to increase the activity of the group in residential areas of the previously disadvantaged communities. “There is a definite need from the people in high density areas for a high quality supermarket, Doctors Rooms, Pharmacies, NamPost services, Banks and other retail outlets,” he states in an application. After a discussion with the former CEO Eckart Demasius, Woermann proposed that instead of
undertaking one big development on the erf (Erf 5360), it would be more desirous to develop a smaller portion on this erf and instead exchange the remainder of the erf for an area of similar size in a previously disadvantaged area. For the new development an erf on the northern border of the new PDA area has been identified. In his application Woermann lists a number of financial benefits to the community of the high density area, once the development does kick off. Amongst others it will create a significant number of jobs, many of which will be permanent. “In order to show our commitment to the community of Mondesa and the DRC and as a token of our social responsibility towards the previously disadvantaged communities, Woermann Brock will commit to the building of a DayCare Children House (DCCH) for preschool children,” he states in the proposal. This centre will allow for kids between the ages of two months up to six years to be supervised and looked after and Woermann Brock will not charge rent for the space.
“The aim is to provide persons with no formal education, but with entrepreneurial, social and teaching skills to earn a reasonable income from the centre,” he states. The DCCH will form part of the first phase building planning. After considering the
application Council g a v e Wo e r m a n n Brock permission to build and operate a day-care centre as part of this retail development. The exact erf size and erf number for the new development is still to be determined though. Woermann Brock Main in Swakopmund’s CBD

NHE houses soon allocated Urban and Rural Development Minister Sophia Shaningwa said recently no more time is to be wasted to have thousands of lower income people take occupation of houses completed under the country's mass housing scheme. Shaningwa said that in Swakopmund last week at a retreat for regional and local authorities to assess the latest in Namibia's fast evolving housing crisis. Thousands of these low cost homes across the country, still belonging to the National Housing Enterprise (NHE) are unoccupied, as Government is pondering the way forward with mass housing. Meanwhile vandals and thieves are taking every opportunity to steal doors, door frames, geysers, window frames and glass. Others revert to smashing toilet bowls and wash basins and pelting windows with stones. The coast is no exception and mass housing structures are ravaged at Walvis Bay, Swakopmund and Henties Bay. Although the mass housing scheme is officially still on hold, it is expected Cabinet would make an announcement towards the end of May. Shaningwa gave her assurance these houses would soon be released for allocation to people that applied and who is next in line
to be assisted. In the meantime, said the minister, the NHE and other stake-holders must do their best to minimise any further damage and losses due to theft and vandalism as these damages would create a new wave of troubles once the allocation process commences. Who is the road hog behind the wheel? Attached, is the GRN vehicle picture. I have been observing the attached vehicle for the past 2-3 weeks. This driver overtakes at blind spots and in most cases, other drivers must get off the road to give him space. In my opinion, this is totally reckless driving which is a major traffic violation. I drive behind this car every single day between WB and Swakopmund. It is becoming so dangerous because he is not stopping. The driver misjudges common driving procedures, eventually it will cause accidents on that road. I would like for you guys to please alert the WB-Swakop road users to be very careful on this road. I am a new driver (been driving for a year only) and I am not fully equipped to cope in such instances. Drivers must be vigilant and be safe at all times. I am not the only person complaining about this vehicle. So many other commuters are
complaining too. I trust that all is in order and that you will publish the above just to alert road users and for this driver to put an end to it.

Tulinawa finally gets street names Sharlien Tjambari
The Municipality of Swakopmund has erecting street names signs in Tulinawa-Mondesa. This follows after complaints of the community late last year about the confusion caused by streets without names in Tulinawa as well as Oletweni and Omulondo. Late last year the municipality had said that the placement of street names will start early this year and it has kept its promise. The municipality's spokesperson Mrs Aillie Gebhardt said the placement of street names is an on-going process all over Swakopmund. “The signs are placed as soon as they are approved and the plates are received,” she noted. namib times have noticed that the Municipality have placed street names only on the corners of the inside streets, but not on the outside/main roads, which is quite confusing. When asked about this, Gebhardt said that “there is no specific order for placing the signs, nor are there any special names for main roads. “Names are allocated as approved by Council on advice from the Naming Advisory Committee,” she said. Gebhardt also said that numerous extensions were allocated street names by the Naming Advisory Committee, so all the other extensions will get names too, because the municipality is in the process of supplying all streets in Swakopmund with names. According to Gebhardt the allocation of street names was proposed to be done through a Council-elected committee. The delay was caused due to unavailability of a proper policy from Government guiding these members. The following happens when street names need to be allocated: The Engineering Department compiles an agenda and submits this to the Naming Advisory Committee. This agenda contains suggested street names for extension all over Swakopmund which is then discussed and forwarded to Council for approval. In some cases street names are suggested by members of the public and forwarded to the committee for consideration. Gebhardt stressed that the allocation of street names is an on-going process and that the allocation of names will be continued for all extensions in Swakopmund.

Round Table Walvis Bay 36 Bin Project launched Liesl Losper The “clothing bin project” is a new project initiated by Round Table Walvis Bay 36. They have put up a big blue bin on the corner of Sam Nujoma Avenue and 10th Road (Engen Service station corner opposite Shoprite). Juan Strydom, Round table secretary said that they got the idea in 2015 when they completed the annual “Winter Knights” campaign, which is a Round Table Southern Africa project. They started the project with the aim to collect blankets and clothes throughout the year to be able to distribute it to those in need in the community whenever the need arise. “But we would see it as a bonus to have extra blankets and clothes ready for distribution even before we start with the annual “Winter Knights” campaign, to have even more blankets and clothes to hand out during winter. During the “Winter Knights” campaign we collect funds, blankets, clothes and food to distribute throughout the winter to those in need in our community. This was when the thought came up: “Why only limit it to one day a year? Why not collect blankets and clothes throughout the year?” – and so the clothing bin idea was originated” he said. The Round Table team encourage the community to please donate any blankets and clothes they do not have use for anymore. If you have any blankets or clothes just lying in your closet and just taking up space, Round Table Walvis Bay 36 will gladly take it off your hands and put it to good use.

Rotary Club of Walvis Bay Successful Literacy Project The Rotary Club of Walvis Bay has been running its Literacy Project since 2009. The project is about training Grade 1 and 2 teachers of Walvis Bay schools, and equipping them with an easy and logical method of teaching the reading of English. Twenty teachers are trained at each session, and each training session lasts one week. Mrs Irene Binneman has been the Rotary Club's trainer in this programme since 2009. English is an opaque and complicated language with quite a few European languages in its roots. Consider the sound /ai/, as in the word made. The same sound occurs in the following words but is spelt differently in each of them: great lane fey day rain and eight. And then look at great, deal and head. All three words are spelt
with the vowels ea but now a different sound accompanies the ea in each: /ai/, /ee/ and /e/. The course offers a phonetic and logical approach to the teaching of the reading of English. One of Walvis Bay's well-established schools, the Tutaleni Primary School, has sent teachers to be trained at every session. Under Mr Damaseb, the principal, and Lower Primary HOD, Mrs Emily Ndemula, Tutaleni has now had 21 teachers trained since 2009. This year, the teachers of Grade 6 and 7 at Tutaleni, Ms Nadia
Tjiueza and Monalisa Palmer respectively, requested to be allowed to train as well, even though they do not teach Grade 1 or 2. At the training they said that in the past, typi cally 30 out of 70 learners in Upper Primary
could read fluently and with comprehension. They went on to report that recently the number has risen to 60 out of 70. They ascribe this change to the training that the teachers have all had. They also mentioned
that learners' achievements in subjects across the board have improved, due to their ablility to read English with ease and comprehension. At the most recent training session in December 2015, teachers from Flamingo,
New School, Tutaleni and the International School of Walvis Bay attended. The Dr Paul Coulson Foundation has undertaken to join forces with the Club, and has undertaken to sponsor the next session of teacher training.
The Rotary Club and the Ministry of Basic Education are partners in the project. The Walvis Bay office is represented by Inspector M /Gawises, under whose auspices and approval the training takes place.

Volvo Cars announces new target of 1 million electrified vehicles sold by 2025 Volvo Cars has announced that it aims to sell a total of up to one million electrified cars by 2025. The Swedish company plans to achieve this by offering at least two hybrid versions of every model in its range and by releasing its first dedicated all-electric car in 2019. "It is a deliberately ambitious target," says Håkan Samuelsson, president and chief executive. "It is going to be a challenge, but Volvo wants to be at the forefront of this shift to electrification." Volvo Cars has been readying itself for the emergence of electrified vehicles for the last five years. It has developed two allnew vehicle architectures for larger and smaller cars - Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) and Compact Modular Architecture (CMA) - which can incorporate either hybrid or fully-electric technology. The larger 90- and 60-series cars are to be built on SPA, and the company will soon launch a global range of smaller 40 series cars on the CMA platform. All of these cars will be available as electrified models alongside their conventional petrol and diesel variants. The one million electrified car target is a cumulative total. The new electrified car pledge forms part of a wide ranging review of Volvo's strategic sustainability programme, announced on 21 April, which contains several new commitments that place sustainability at the centre of its future business operations.
The new commitment has been christened 'omtanke', which is a Swedish word which means 'consideration' or 'caring'. Other commitments being made by Volvo Cars are that it will: · impose climate-neutral operations by 2025 · have 35 per cent of its leading positions held by women by 2020
· move further towards its vision that by 2020 no one will be killed or seriously injured in a new Volvo · work with international partners to promote sustainability "Sustainability is nothing new or something that sits outside our operations; it is something that forms an integral part of everything we do. It is simply our way of
operating," concludes Samuelsson. "This new sustainability commitment reflects Volvo Cars' fundamental belief that we must also grow responsibly." In South Africa, the first step towards electrified mobility is about to be taken - Volvo Car South Africa is due to release the all-new Volvo XC90 T8 Twin Engine (plug-in hybrid) in May.

Shotokan Karate Swakopmund Open tournament 2016 On 16 April, Shotokan Karate Academy Swakopmund hosted the Shotokan Karate Swakopmund Open Tournament for the third consecutive year at the Swakop Indoor Sport Centre. An invitation was extended to all Namibia Shotokan participants and it was wonderful to welcome the 240 participants and their family, friends and supporters from the 7 different dojo's from Windhoek, Walvis Bay, Omaruru and Swakopmund. This tournament was a simulation of all the categories and rules and regulations of the upcoming JSKA World Championship to be held in July 2016 in Swakopmund. This created a wonderful atmosphere of expectation and excitement. As the categories for the world championship is based on the different age groups rather than rank (belt categories), it created for additional excitement as some of the competitors were competing against each other for the first time in many years. Entries of participants ranging from 5 years to 63 years were present at the tournament as the Shotokan Style of karate caters for all age groups and are particularly interested in the development of kiddies karate to establish the ground level from a very young age in terms of discipline, and helping to establish a positive self-image and value system. The day set the scene for much excitement and it was reassuring to see that the hard work in the preparation of the Shotokan karateka was firmly directed to ensure that the karateka partaking in the world championship will be of an extremely high standard. The excitement amongst all was tangible and left little doubt that all cannot wait to compete in the 8th JSKA World Karate Championships in July, which will possibly be the most prestigious karate event ever hosted in Namibia.

Rhino Run promises to be bigger, better Erwin Leuschner
After the first successful Brandberg Rhino Run in 2015 to raise money against rhino poaching the organisers will host the event again this year – and it already promises to be bigger and better. The event, which will take place on 11 June, will include walks/runs over various distances and will also for the first time include an official cycle route. “Rhino poaching is not only a concern in Namibia, but all over the continent. This event is our contribution in making people aware of the poaching and also raise awareness,” one of the organisers Nico Scholtz said during the official launch of the event recently in Swakopmund. His
wife Riana added that this event is meant as a fund-raiser for Save the Rhino Trust (SRT), which is “near and dear to our heart”. The Scholtz's reside part-time in the small settlement Uis close to the Brandberg and feel that the Damaraland is very beautiful and one of the most amazing parts of Namibia. It is for this reason that they decided to host the event there and specifically chose a scenic route. Similar to last year participants can either do a 6km trail walk, a 13 km trail run or a 28km run. For the cyclists there will be an approximately 30km cycle route, which does not require a fatbike.
The Brandberg Rhino Run and Cycle Tour 2016 will take place in June. The participants can look forward to a beautiful scenic route, with the mountain in the background
“We are very happy with the feedback we have received so far”, Riana Scholtz said to namib times. For the first event in 2015 there were just over 100 participants and already now, even before the media launch, more than that have entered to take part. The entrance fees for the different events vary between N$50 and N$250 and all proceeds will go directly to SRT in their mission to root out poaching once and for all. The race is entirely selfsupported, so athletes are required to provide their own water and sustenance. One waterpoint will be provided roughly half-way on the two longer running routes and the cycle route. The start and end of the event will again be in Uis at the Daureb Isib Campsite. Early booking of accommodation is essential. The first 200 paid entries will receive an event shirt and goody bag. Online entries will close on 3 June 2016. No late entries will be available. On Friday night before the event there will be a catered braai and an auction of a variety of sponsored accommodation packages and valuable items as part of the fund-raiser for SRT. Entries are available on https://www.otbsport.com/events/calendar/201events/523-brandberg-rhino-run-2016. You can also get more information about the event on Facebook at “Brandberg Rhino Run and Cycle Tour 2016”.
Friendly soccer match between Brazillian Navy and Nambian Police Remax Walvis Bay and Emeritus Fishing sponsored a friendly soccer match between the Namibian Police and the Brazillian Navy. Liesl Losper This match stems from an incident that happened a while ago. The Brazilian Navy is renting accommodation from Remax and when their clients were robbed from a huge amount of money during a break-in, Remax contacted the Police who did a remarkable job to apprehend the thieves and also recovered the money that was stolen. Claudia Lofty-Eaton from Remax decided to give something back to the police to say thank you and they organised the friendly match between the Brazillian Navy and the Namibian Police. “This match is also to boost inter-country relationships and to say thank you to the police. Remax and the police helped assisted us wonderfully when we had the incident,” said Lieutenant Commander Rodrigo Ramos Ferreira of the Brazilian Navy. Captain Giovanni de Souza from the Brazillian navy also handed a gift of appreciation to Chief Inspector PM Muhitha of the Namibian Police. The shirts of the Namibian police was sponsored by Remax. The fun-filled and exciting match ended in a draw (3-3)
