give a detailed solution regarding the water supply situation to the mine, she did say that the “Government pledges its support to ensure you get whatever you need to meet your target.” The progress at the Husab Uranium Mine has made significant strides since the ground breaking took place in April 2013. Two years down the line the construction progress stands at 99.53%. “We plan the complete commissioning still in this quarter,” Keping said. Over the course of the construction phase of the mine Swakop Uranium also started removing waste rock from the future pits. The reason being that once the mine is operational, the uranium-rich rock is immediately available for processing. According to Keping a total of 120 000 tons of overburden has been removed to date. Keping informed the Prime Minister that each tonne of rock mined contains an average of 140 kilograms of ore which are sent for processing. “We can recover approximately 70 grams of uranium from those 140 kilograms of ore,” he said. To date the capital investment to build the Husab Mine stands at an estimated cost of over US$2 billion. Husab is estimated to pay between N$1.1 – N$1.7 billion per year in corporate tax, excluding the taxes of employees. Furthermore Swakop Uranium will pay N$220 million per year in royalty taxes.
The celebrity Continued from page 1 movie will undoubtedly bring a lot of new revenue to the coast, especially to Swakopmund, as 250 people crew have travelled from the UK and 200 more crew have arrived from South Africa. The abroad crew is based in Swakopmund. Of the total crew members consisting of 650 persons, a total of 200 are Namibians. Namibian residents are employed in every film crew department from transportation to wardrobe, from catering to makeup, from construction to camera, from sound to background extras. “Abroad crew shopping at local businesses, dining in local restaurants, and will enjoy local tourist activities,” Raskind continued saying. Last Sunday the crew had a day off, with some enjoying what the coast has to offer. “Some went fishing, others went on a Quadbike Tour and some crew members did skydiving,” Raskind said. But have Namibia and its residents been accommodating? According to “The Mummy” Producer Sean Daniel: “most definitely.” “Namibia has welcomed us with open arms. Only because of all of the amazing hardworking Namibian crew and the warm hospitality we have received from them and the community, are we able to accomplish the work at hand.” The same opinion is also shared by director Alex Kurtzman who is very grateful to the Namibia Film Commission and local government, including the Ministry of Environment and Tourism and the CTAN (Coastal Tourism Association of Namibia) and police departments, who have been extremely helpful to make a film of this scope happen.

Himba village to boost Swakop tourism The Ovahimba Cultural Group in Swakopmund has now got permission from Town Council to build a cultural village on an area close to the Martin Luther Museum. The land intended for this new venture measures 900 square metres and has a monthly rent of N$465.75 attached to it. After close to two years the Ovahimba Cultural Group in Swakopmund is one step closer to realizing its dream to showcase its tradition – both for tourists and residents alike. The new village will be constructed on an area close to the existing Martin Luther Museum on the eastern outskirts of town and will be accessible from the traffic circle from the trunk road 2/2. The initial application was launched by the spokesperson of the group Marikondjo Tjambiru. In October 2013 he applied for a piece of land measuring 25 hectares. It was his intention to showcase the tradition to tourists and that such piece of land should therefore be located in town. Tjambiru had suggested that a piece close to the Tiger Reef Beach Bar would be sufficient. Although Council back then described the idea of setting up a cultural project to showcase the Ovahimba culture as “remarkable considering that it will demonstrate the multicultural tradition to our local community”, the application was turned down as Council did not have a portion of land available for such a venture. At its most recent meeting Council considered the application and has now taken a decision on
the exact size of the area needed and various other factors. “The following activities will be offered at the site; dancing, singing, drum playing, weaving and creation of traditional items such as baskets and preparing of traditional food on fire wood,” it states in the Agenda of the meeting. It does state though that the Ovahimba group currently occupying a site at the museum close to the Mole does not form part of this group. In the recommendation Council decided that the lease period is for nine years and eleven months and that the group may not build any erect structures. Furthermore the group is responsible to make provision for ablution facilities and ensures access to potable water as there are no service connections, be it water or electricity. Council also decided that the keeping and slaughtering of animals will not be allowed. Since the lease portion is located on undivided Townlands, approval needs to be obtained from the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development. Once this has been granted, the lease will commence once the date of signing. “The following conditions are applicable: No subletting is allowed,” it states in the Agenda.

Every school in Erongo needs a garden Sharlien Tjambari
The Governor of Erongo Region, Mr Cleophas Mutjavikua and the Swakopmund Constituency Councillor M Juuso Kambueshe launched the Festus Gonteb Primary School Micro Drip Irrigation System and donated some equipment consisting of 200 UV treated (ultraviolet treatment) plastic bags to the school last week Thursday in Swakopmund. “We are receiving this equipment with the main aim of ensuring that with the scaresity of water we have in the region, we are producing food for ourselves through a drip irrigation system” said Mutjavikua. He further noted that whatever was being done at Festus Gonteb Primary School will be rolled out for the teachers and learners in Erongo as long as they have the funds, “each and every school in Erongo will
use the drip irrigation system because every resident in Erongo must learn how to produce food” adds Mutjavikua. The commitment to produce food to ensure that those learners who are in the classrooms are learning all depend on the principal and the teachers, because if the learners are hungry then they will not be able to learn says Mutjavikua. Mutjavikua further said that the soil in Swakop-
mund is very fertile and anything that is placed into the soil will yield positive results “so the process we started here today we are trying to roll it out for all the schools to have a small garden for the learners to learn from, learning to produce food, learning those very important skills and most importantly to ensure that there is a contribution from us as a community to our own survival”. Mr Benedictus Step-
hanus, the Agricultural Technician at Creative Enterprise Solutions, a NonGovernmental Organisation (NGO) which will conduct training and mentoring services at schools, said the micro drip irrigation system uses a 210 litre water tank which is lifted for about 1.2 meters above ground level “gravity results in the free flow of
water from the tank to the plants which are planted in UV treated plastic bags.” The irrigation system is very much water efficient, since the dripper takes water directly to the roots of the plant Stephanus noted. The total cost per irrigation system is N$5 000 and the delivery charge lies between N$300 and N$600 depending on the location of the
school. According to Stephanus, many schools in other regions already use this system but, Festus Gonteb Primary school is the first school in Erongo region “other schools in the pipeline will be W.Borchart Primary School, Ubasen Primary School, Otjimbingwe Primary School, JP Brandt Primary School and Flamingo Primary
School.” The Swakopmund Constituency Councillor, Mr Juuso Kambueshe was however not pleased with the teachers of Festus Gonteb Primary School because they did not show up as he expected them to and he felt that it was a sign that teachers are not interested in what the council is trying to achieve.

“I said swak....not swart” Member of public vents his frustration over service at clinic - nurse misunderstood words as racist A father of two shared his bad experience this week at the hands of staff at the Mondesa clinic in Tulinawa at Swakopmund. The incident ended on a sour note when his words were also misunderstood as racist. A nurse informed him he will “never” be helped there again. Sterjos Stergiadis Ever heard if private doctors! It's only 250 for consultation. Going to the clinic is suicidal! Geraldo Smith Not everyone has that 250. Sterjos Stergiadis For the sake of your family's health you make a plan. No excuse! Elsa DuPlooy Van Zyl You know its so easy to say go to a private Dr. Let me tell you something. A consultation is not less than 360 and in an emergency case without a medical aid you only have to rush to a clinic or hospital BECAUSE you dont have the money. I was in a similar case like this. My husband was rushed to Cottage Hospital by ambulance from Henties to Swakop. We have a medical aid but still needs to pay 2000 in advance. There's still good people in life. They operated on him immediately. The lady at the reception was sooo nice and told us not to worry we will make a plan. The point is why were they so rude at the clinic. It is not acceptable. Who are they to tell this man they will never help him again in future. Its not their clinic. Diinah Wilka Kandina That's true I experience same problem at hospital. Jeanne De Villiers Koch Skokkend!!! Neilo Van Wyk I had a similar experience this week when accompanying my mother in law to the clinic and then to the hospital layer in the week. It was so putrid I even wrote to the Namibian SMS line inviting the minster of health to sample the public health service offering. It is a travesty that we as the citizenry must be subjected to such poor handling as if we are coming to beg for what is a human right and a service for which those working in the clinics and hospitals are being rewarded for. One sister at the Tamariskia clinic spent more time in complaining to the people that they were short staffed and there were only three nurses on duty. In my opinion she could have done more attending to the patients with all the time she took to complain about being short staffed. What was a saving grace in our case was that senior citizens were afforded immediate attention when arriving for treatment however much more can be done for everyone and if all health workers just apply the code of conduct conduct and the vision and mission statement of the ministry already the overall system will be much better. Blu H Mathews State hospitals in Namibia has bad services. I experienced that when my son was ill at central hospital. We got there at around 20h00 and his fever was at 39 d/Celsius and they blatantly told me to go to katutura as they only assist when the patients are refered from there. I went to a private hospital and made payment arrangements with them. Jesse Titus Somethings really got to give our health care is really pathetic to say the least. .the medical staff at our state hospital and the clinics are not helpful at all I know
I watched from my bird's eye view from the third story of my apartment block, how the traffic police made preparations for the oncoming cavalcade, stopping everyone there at the bend in the road before the Swakop River bridge, traffic building up and waiting over 15 minutes. Then came this stream of vehicles, blue and red lights flashing, sirens screaming, at least 20 vehicles travelling at break-neck speed into Swakopmund. I can just imagine what mayhem and fear this must have caused along this coastal road and just what danger and fear this must have caused the Friday unsuspecting motorists, with some having to move over onto the road side, which, as we all know has very sharp, jagged edges and the waiting soft sand if you just go too far! We hear of the dangerous speeding maniacs and shocking, unnecessary deaths on our road every day and now the unsuspecting public, road users are put through this by our President and his men! Surely they could have planned to come back in daylight to Swakopmund or use the back road. One really wonders what or why they are really doing this for. Is it fear of assassination or that they actually just do not care or mind to instil fear and show off their importance to the public. This is just like some of the African leaders, like Mugabe with his special Police and Army. It begs the question: Who is the Government actually and even the President? Are they so much above us that they can behave like this? It is the Government and President's responsibility if they do something, it must be good for us all and make good sense. We, the people, put them there and we do not deserve to be treated like this. We, the people, can and must have our say! We should also support people like Job who do this! Athol McLean, Swakopmund resident

NEW ERONGO RED TARIFFS 2016 The new Erongo Red tariffs make for interesting reading. The domestic single phase tariff no longer has differentiated tariffs. In the previous (2015)period the tariffs were as follows: 0-250 units N$1.72 251- 750 units N$1.85 Above 751 units N$2.06 The tariff is now N$1.86 irrespective of the number of units consumed. This new tariff is now rewarding larger consumers (over 1000 units p/m consumption). How is this correct? Erongo Red introduced differentiated tariffs for domestic users in 2012 This system was introduced by Gerhard Coeln (The then Erongo Red MD) in order to persuade consumers to limit their electricity usage and at the same time reward those consumers who heeded this message and and kept their consumption down. However, the other domestic categories retain the differentiated tariffs (with the exception of the domestic Prepaid above 30amp). The reason for this (as given to me by Erongo Red), is that consumers are too stupid to understand differentiated rates. But not pensioners it seems, or in fact all those consumers using domestic prepaid under 30amp. All the existing solar energy infeed customers, (147 are in the region according to Erongo Red) who, up till now, have been paid by Erongo Red for the power they fed into the grid. a System, also initiated by Gerhard Coeln), will now only be given credit for the excess power they produce, and only up to the amount that they take from the grid. This new system, which they are calling net metering, will charge you N$1.86 for each unit you consume, but will only give you N$1.09 for the power you give to Erongo Red. In addition, if you are one of those producers who feed more into the grid than you take from the grid, you will in fact be giving Erongo Red those units for free. This system is in fact not net metering, but net billing. Net metering means the units are deducted from each other and not the monetary value of the units. If the existing infeed producers decide to enforce the contracts they have with Erongo Red regarding payment for power fed into the grid, the courts might well decide in their favour in light of the above net metering description.

Former HR manager fights for his right Sharlien Tjambari
The former Human Resources Manager of Zhong Mei Engineering, Manfred Naobeb, has now launched an arbitration hearing against his former employer after he was allegedly retrenched a few days after signing a two year employment contract. In an interview with namib times he voiced his grievances and feels that he was treated unfairly. Zhong Mei Engineering was awarded a contract as sub-contractor by Roads Authority for the upgrade of the Swakopmund-Henties Bay-Uis-Kamanjab road, which is currently underway. After Naobeb's contract was terminated earlier this year, he initiated an arbitration hearing at the Regional Council Office in Henties Bay. The matter is set down for 5 August. In an interview with namib times Naobeb voiced his opinion and even raised accusations of corrupt practices. “I am not happy with the way my former boss terminated my contract,” he said. He believes that there is mistreatment and under payment of workers because the Road Construction Company (RCC) does not monitor or control the projects or subcontractors as they should. “They let the sub-contractors do whatever they want, not considering how we (as employees) feel when foreigners treat us badly at jobs,” Naobeb said. He also feels sympathetic towards the general workers because they cannot raise their voices and fight for their rights. “These people are underpaid. According to the labour act a general worker is supposed to get a minimum wage of N$14.59 per hour, but at Zhong Mei Engineering they only get N$13.26 per hour,” he said. A similar scenario exists for drivers, who should receive a minimum wage of N$20.71, but only get N$ 17.50 per hour. “This is very unfair,” he said. According to Naobeb he is aware of this as he was the former HR Manager and as such had access to most of the documents in the company. He feels that one of the reasons why his contract was terminated is because he knew too much and that he was very nosy and wanted to enforce the law. “I wanted to do things right,” he said. “We are going for an arbitration hearing soon and I hope things will go well, because I am not just fighting for myself, but for the rights of those I was working with, my colleagues and friends at Zhong Mei Engineering” Naobeb concludes. The Commercial Manager and spokesperson of Zhong Mei Engineering, Mr Stephan Ji, was unreachable for comment An arbitration hearing is a form of dispute resolution between two or more parties.

Coastal High launch the first ever UNESCO ASPNET Wall of Fame
WALVIS BAY
(Fltr) Mr April, the Acting Secretary General at the Namibia National Commission for UNESCO, Mr Rod April, Sartie Washewa, Ms Helganatt UNESCO ASPNET Assistant Co-ordinator, Mr Ernest Olivier, the inspector of Education in Erongo region, Principal of Coastal High School Mr Calvin Martin, Ester Shitamba, Martha Shidutha and Mr Sagarias UNESCO SPNET Co-ordinator Sharlien Tjambari
The Coastal High School UNESCO ASPNET Wall of Fame was launched on Wednesday this week by the Acting Secretary General at the Namibia National Commission for UNESCO, Mr Rod April. The launch took place at Coastal High School in Swakopmund. Ms Helganatt UNESCO ASPNET, assistant coordinator, said the objectives of the wall of fame is to honour the names and deeds of those individuals taking part in the United Nations Educational Scientific Cultural Organisation's (UNESCO) activities, those learners who have brought fame upon themselves, UNESCO and Coastal High school as well. Mr April said when he got the invitation he said to himself that he loved the idea
that some schools do not wait for the national coordinator to be pro-active “and this is one example here, that A S P N ET schools can be in the fore front of new developments. This is something very new in the ASPNET school family, unveiling a wall of fame. The wall of fame will give room for other schools and the learners as well to see what UNESCO is all about within the ASPNET framework and this family” April noted. He thanked everyone who
came up with the idea of unveiling the wall of fame and said it is a collective idea. According to April, the Association Schools Project Network (ASPNET) was formed in 1953 with the main aim of building peace. ASPNET aims at advancing inter-cultural learning, human rights, democracy, and education for sustainable development and quality education is the work of ASPNET. April further said that there are two issues within the education development agenda
Mr April, the Acting Secretary General at the Namibia National Commission for UNESCO, Mr Rod April at the unveiling of the Wall of Fame
2030 which must be the buzz word of any school. “The 17 sustainable deployment goals, especially goal number four on quality inclusive education and lifelong with its targets. But with regard to ASPNET there are two specific areas and themes that become the business of any ASPNET school and they are: education for sustainable development and global citizenship education” said April. The learners of Coastal High school who are part of the UNESCO ASPNET are Kiano Bailey, Ester Shitana, Sartie Washewa and Martha Shidutha. The group chose six learners whom they will train so that the Coastal High School UNESCO ASPNET can be continued after they leave for university and college. ASPNET have become a unique network committed to reinforcing the humanistic, ethical, cultural and international dimensions of education while ensuring the sharing and exchange of good practices nationally and internationally.

Omaruru hosts a tree planting day for the youth Sharlien Tjambari
The Ministry of Sport, Youth and National Service Omaruru Regional Office in collaboration with the Municipality of Omaruru (Health Division) and the Basin Management Office (OMBMC) had a tree planting day for the youth of Omaruru last week Friday under the theme “DRY BUT NOT FORGOTTEN.” The palm trees were planted alongside the main road in the town of Omaruru and each school that was represented also got one seedling each to plant at their respective schools. According to the Chairperson of Omaruru Constituency Youth Forum Mr Serron Nghoshi, the tree planting initiative was done in order to support the green movement of replanting and taking care of the environment despite the dry conditions “the result of dry conditions in our land and towns does not mean we should neglect nature that equally contributes to life.” Nghoshi further said that the initial action was aimed at bringing the community of Omaruru, particularly the youth on board, since they were the target group and also to highlight the importance of tree planting. Nghoshi also said he believes that in order to help reduce alcohol and drug abuse amongst the youth and help turn them into respectable and responsible persons in society, community leaders need to somehow initiate more of activities such as these for the youth to take ownership of their town. “With that said, I call on all the youth to join and be part of the youth group (Omaruru Youth Health Club), for it will create a platform for them to contribute towards youth development and in the same spirit I would love to thank everybody who made this day a success, especially the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry (Omaruru) for donating the palm trees, Municipality of Omaruru and First National Bank Omaruru branch.”

Langer Heinrich sponsors wheelchairs for disabled children Erwin Leuschner Four children suffering with various disabilities have now received customised wheelchairs donated by Langer Heinrich Uranium (LHU). The wheelchairs are worth a total of N$70 000 and were handed over to the Namibian Association for children with Disabilities. The Association was founded by Enemien Leinberger who currently cares for 25 children daily in Swakopmund. “We are a group of parents that came together because there is nobody here that cares or has the time to look after these kids,” she said. She initially started a day care centre which was in the meantime unfortunately closed down due to a lack of space. “We therefore go from house to house daily to look after the needs of these children,” she said. Many of the kids have severe disabilities and are unable to live a normal life. Due to the nature of the situation, these children require special attention and equipment to make their life as comfortable as possible. Leinberger approached the Uranium Mine Langer Heinrich (LHU) as she was in need of dire support. “We are extremely happy that our plea did not fall of deaf ears,” she said. Langer Heinrich Uranium took the plea seriously and sponsored four customised wheelchairs which were handed over in Swakopmund recently. “Children with disabilities are most vulnerable. They are hidden from society. We as LHU are here and we care,” said LHU Managing Director Simon Solomons during the hand over. The donation forms part of the corporate social responsibility. The wheelchairs were made specifically for each of the four children and offer space to grow. They are comfortable and offer comfortable and the correct seating. “These wheelchairs will last for many years to come,” Leinberger said.

Rossmund Golf Notes
Nasty weather no match for
Supersport goes all-out enthusiasm at Rossmund for 2016 Rio Olympics golf Hello there from a sunny but breezy Rossmund – I apologise for the lack of commu-
The countdown to the highly anticipated sporting event has begun! From 5 August, DStv and GOtv customers will experience this momentous event from every angle. If it moves, SuperSport will be there to capture all the action of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, with no fewer than seven 24-hour channels being broadcast.
With 306 medal sets available, SuperSport will broadcast live every goldmedal event, ensuring unprecedented coverage of the sport spectacle. There will be more than 2500 hours of the Olympics broadcast over 15 days. Four channels , SS4, SS5, SS6, SS7 plus three additional channels, SS12, SS13 and SS14, will be dedicated to the Rio Games, while other channels like SS1 and SS3 will, where available, carry overflow content, chiefly Sevens rugby, golf and soccer. SS12 will be a dedicated 24-hour Olympic news channel which will be produced by the International Olympic Committee. GOgetters will experience the Olympics on three pop-up channels, SS5, SS7 and SS12, for the duration of the sporting event. Coverage will include Olympics news, boxing, basketball, football, gymnastics and weightlifting. In addition, the Blitz channel will broadcast regular updates and direct viewers to the big events of the day. SuperSport will also have roving reporters in Rio with Crystal Arnold, Carol Tshabalala, James Wokabi and Rui de Oliveira (Portuguese) reporting directly from various venues and the team village. Multiple live feeds will be made available to SuperSport, which will then “cherry pick” the best content, much of it with a Pan-African leaning, for the Olympic channels. Given that many of the major events will take place in the very early mornings – CAT is five hours ahead of Brazil – video-on-demand will be a major component of SuperSport's Olympic coverage. Extensive event highlights will be available via the DStv Catch Up service, which will include every gold medal-winning performance.
Olympic Sport Channels SS4: Opening ceremony, swimming, athletics, marathon, walk, closing ceremony. SS5: Hockey, handball, volleyball (beach and indoors), gymnastics, trampoline. SS6: Tennis, basketball, four cycling disciplines, table tennis, badminton. SS7: Boxing, weight lifting, judo. SS12: Olympic News Channel. SS13: Water sport: rowing, diving, etc. SS14: Fencing, modern pentathlon, equestrian. SS12, SS13 and SS14 (channels 212, 213 and 214) will be available in all territories. SS1: Golf, Sevens rugby (when not clashing with live non-Olympic sport). SS3: Football (when not clashing with live non-Olympic sport). * The above is a guide and subject to change.
nication over the past few weeks, but unfortunately I needed to make a quick trip to the UK on family matters. The golf course remains in good condition despite the resident springbok and their usual diggings around this time of the year. Some of the sprinklers are causing problems, but the team are working on this as fast as they can – so please be patient and enjoy our great course. I was pleased to see that the crew have managed to salvage a large number of the Minnetoka trees which is just great news. Competitions Played: Saturday 23 July saw a fair field of players take part in the annual Nedbank Betterball Medal – sorry no comment on the weather conditions – although the scores were good and very close amongst the prize winners. A big word of thanks to the sponsor and to their local representative, Sweiss Maasdorp, for their continuous support of golf at Rossmund. Results: There were 2 x 2-clubs from Stefanus Bonifacius and Michael Ludeke. Winners: M Swarts/S Bonifacius 62; 2nd: P Shimoshili/M Ankonga 63 (c/o); W Theron/D Benson 63; A Abrahams/M Jacobs 63; 5th: H Ndejendja/L Nande 65. It would appear that there were a few guys who did not post their scores –as a few fines were handed out . Wednesday 27 July A good field of players enjoyed some good golfing weather – the day was sponsored jointly by CTM/Prima Butchery – 18 Hole Winners: Shorty van der Walt 40pts; Tony Boesch 39pts. 9 Hole Winner was Willie Van Zyl 21pts over the back nine winning on a count out from his arch rival/best friend Kevin Wentzel. Well played everyone. Friday 29 July the course played host to the local Municipality with their Annual Golf Day – there was an excellent field of 28 teams – the format was a 3 Ball Scramble Drive with 1 score to count on all holes. Despite the bitter cold weather the day was enjoyed by all with some lekker bratwurst for the halfway house and snack platters at prize giving. Alexander Forbes (Cobus;Neil & Fanie) were the overall winners on 51pts - followed by 6 teams on 48pts, MTC; Nambrick 1; Premier Construction; SWAGG; Advertising Displays; Swakop Engen. Thanks once again to all the sponsors for entering their teams and providing all the fantastic prizes – something for everyone. Saturday 30 July once again the weather was a bit cold even though the sun managed to shine - a small group of golfers enjoyed the Monthly Medal sponsored by Novanam. I think many stayed home to watch the Lions in their semi-final game of the 2016 Super Rugby Competition. Overall Winner: K Wentzel 70; Ä”Div: L Nande 73; “B”Div: S Ndalumbumo 71; “C”Div: G Louw 77; Ladies: L Abrahams 76; Junior: W Profitt 79. Well done to all the stalwarts and a big thank you to Novanam for the generous support.
Rossmund golf calendar for August Saturday 6th – Weiss Hardware – Individual Stableford Saturday 13th – FNB – Betterball Stableford Saturday 20th – Mermaid Casino – 3 Ball Alliance Sunday 21st – Tracks & Trails – Monthly SAGES Saturday 27th – Novanam – Monthly Medal. Wednesday Sponsors: Advertising Displays; CTM/Prima Butchery; Proshop; Atlantic Villas; Absolutely Perfect Water ( they have opened a shop @ Vineta Woermann & Brock Centre). Matchplay the games are more or less on target – well done to all the winners who are in their next round.
