IDAHO STATE HOMECOMING Name Brand loves its clients but, we also love our families. Nothing is better than when the two come together for an amazing weekend away packed full of fun!

As a dad that travels, I can’t tell you how many times my children, especially my 9-year old daughter, Elena, have pleaded “Can I come with you daddy?”.

Last year I took her to Pocatello to meet a few very understanding clients.

Since that trip, the pleads have grown

louder, and I’ve even found her snuck in the back of my car with an overnight bag (luckily the giggles gave away my stowaway within a few hundred feet of the house).

This year my whole family decided to visit Idaho State’s Campus for

homecoming. It was a privilege to connect my crazy kids to a few friends Name Brand has made in the community. We were guests at the homecoming game, which my boys loved (they gravitate towards underdogs, proven by their Cleveland

Browns fandom). We used the 24-hour hotel swimming pool basically 24 hours a day, and genuinely loved the opportunity to road trip together as a family.

BEHIND THE SCENES We are so excited to welcome Laura Kemp to the Name Brand family! Laura recently moved from Missouri to Boise.

She will be joining the graphic design team! Although she isn’t a ping pong pro quite yet we are working on it!

Q: What is your role at Name Brand?

A: I’m a graphic designer, so I try to make stuff look cool.

Q: Do you have an office nickname?

A: Not yet! At least not that I know of.

Q: What is your favorite quote?

A: “Yesterday you said tomorrow, so just DO IT.” ­—Shia LaBeouf Q: If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?

A: Someone fun, goofy, and short, so probably Ellen Page.

Q: Which cartoon character would you most like to switch lives with?

A: Emperor Kuzco. His life seems pretty fab.

Q: What are your hidden talents?

A: It’s a tie between puns and wiggling my ears, but it’s definitely not ping pong. :( Q: What kind of hobbies do you have outside of work?

A: I love to cook, hike, draw, and be in the gym.

Q: What TV show/movie are you ashamed to admit you love?

A: I LOVE those weird crazy cooking competition shows like Chopped or Cutthroat Kitchen.

Q: What would people never guess that you do in your role?

A: “Brainstorming” AKA Playing ping pong, haha!

Q: Would you rather be a tiny elephant, or a giant hamster?

A:Giant hamster for sure! I would keep so many snacks in my cheeks.

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Name Brand Promotions?

A: I love how one day I can be designing a brochure, and the next a completely customized set of knitwear.
