The President’s Club is a yearly event held by CHG Healthcare that takes place in the Cayman Islands.

Throughout the year, CHG gives out rewards to their employees who are on target to hit their goals. Primarily, these gifts are used to motivate their staff and remind them of the extraordinary work they do. Their employee gift for the 4th quarter was a cooler bag.

We understand how much the little details mean, so when the bags arrived at our facility, we ran a standard quality control procedure to check them. Upon further inspection, our team realized that the word, “President’s” was misspelled on the bags. I am sure you are wondering why this wasn’t caught earlier. Good question... Despite following every approval process, not a single person who saw the art spotted the error.

Long story short, we acted fast and created a brand new patch for the bag. As soon as the new patches arrived, we hand-glued them onto each bag and repacked them for shipping. 75 hours later, we had them ready to ship 15 minutes before the cut-off time.

With hard work and dedication, we ensured that each bag was delivered on time to each of their 6 locations across the USA.
