Idaho Central Credit Union wanted to increase employee morale and improve their company culture by creating a variety of custom-branded merchandise. However, with a presence state-wide and hundreds of employees, it would be difficult to do this seamlessly company-wide.

That’s where we came in! By using our webstore, warehousing, and distribution services, we built an easy-to-use, e-commerce platform that their employees can log into, purchase their merchandise, and have it sent to the branch they work at. This is all done without ICCU having to worry about the details. We store and ship the product to make it hassle-free for their team.

CONNECTING THROUGH STORIES

By doing our research and understanding the needs of the client, we gave them a kit that blew their socks off. Our client raved about how well-received the gifts were and how well it made them look to other departments at Sony.

To celebrate their classic shows from the last few decades, Sony created a premium gift that would go to their VIPs. Though each show was released in a different era, we united them using a “throwback” theme and pitched a kit that included 90’s-themed candy, a RetroViewer with reels, and a decorated box. These items gave recipients strong feelings of nostalgia while also highlighting the shows that were featured. The box and reels featured images from the shows, so the recipients felt completely immersed in the experience of these classic titles.

At the start of each year, 44 North Vodka creates a series of custom products to promote their brand and distribute to their vendors. These range from what you’d expect – barware and beanies – to what you may not expect – snowboards and shot skis.

As an Idaho-based company, these unique items work perfectly with their brand and set them apart from the competition. Our custom design and manufacturing services allow them to create the exact product they want from the ground up. Whether it’s a black Moscow mule cup or a fully custom snowboard, the sky is the limit with these services.

Using our manufacturing services, Micron was able to create custom products that matched their exact blue brand color, as well as build a premium magnetic box with foam inserts to cushion each item. Regardless of where the kit was shipped to, the items would stay protected and in place.

As a worldwide company, Micron’s new hires are located in a variety of locations. This makes it important to create a consistent way to welcome them into the family. We worked with the Micron team to develop a kit that included a custom set of drinkware, a journal and pen, as well as a badge reel, sticker set, and message from the CEO.

As a hop producer, Mill 95 plays a crucial role that many are unaware of outside of the industry. They wanted to design a set of branded print pieces that would create brand awareness together and be cool enough to be kept around after the job of educating the consumer was done.

This is why we created a poster that illustrates (literally) the process of producing hops. From receiving the bales from the farm to distributing them to craft brewers, the poster encapsulated the important pieces of the process in a way that many breweries would display as a cool poster. This pieces truly showed Mill 95’s expertise and authority in their field.

Through our ideation and creative processes, we developed a unique set of items for each college. These ranged from pennants to license plate covers, and each was branded to match that college’s branding. Once all the pieces were selected, our logistics team took care of receiving the items, packing them into kits, and shipping them to the students’ doors, so our clients didn’t have to worry about a single thing.

U N I V E R S I T Y

In 2020, colleges and universities around the world had to figure out how to move forward with educating students while keeping everyone safe and healthy. With the cancellation of in-person ceremonies, the staff at these institutions had to figure out a way to make their students feel celebrated from a distance. Our solution for them was a graduation in a box.

BACK IN BLACK

To celebrate the start of Q3, SimpleNexus sent their employees a “Back in Black”-themed gift to signify their goal for that quarter. We selected products that were flat and light, allowing us to keep the delivered project under budget by using an under-pound USPS shipping rate. The final items included a branded t-shirt, neck gaiter, vinyl coaster, and guitar pick. A printed card was included with fun branding and the details of the next all-company meeting.

Our logistics services were important for this project because they allowed us to fulfill and ship these kits to all their individual employees’ homes by their deadline. The outcome? Employees were so excited to find this package at their door and eagerly shared photos of their branded swag on social media.
