Dear Naira, The Dudley Allen Sargent Research Fund Review Committee has approved your p@ect at a level of
$6,999. ln accordance with the policy of the fund, you may receive your award by presenting receipts for your expenditures or you may order equipment, supplies, etc. directly against the fund account. Laura Badgett, Sargent Financial Administrator, Room 223 manages the account. lf your award is not used by January 1, 2009, the end of the award's maximum allotted 18 month time period, it will be voided at that time. As a gnrntee, you will be expected to submit to submit a summary report (not to exceed 500 words) of the research to the Committee through the Dean's Office within 6 months of completion of the funding
period. lf the results of the project are published, you must acknowledge support from the Dudley Allen Sargent Research Fund in your paper and must submit a reprint of the paper to the Committee" All reusable materials and equipment become property of Sargent College at the completion of the project. lf significant changes are made in the regearch protocol, you must notify the DASRF Committee and be granted continued approval of the award. lf the project is terminated prior to contpletion, the Committee should be informed.
