Principal and founder James “Jim” Glickman has been working in the real estate industry since 1986. When he’s not working as one of the top-producing real estate brokers in Central Massachusetts, he spends his time in the water. You can often find him surfing, windsurfing, spearfishing, and occasionally skiing on the slopes.

Principal Michael Jacobs specializes in retail sector real estate, working with both large and small box retail brokerage and development. His skills are fine tuned to the Massachusetts area, but also expands nationally. Mike’s personal interests include skiing, golf, and reading.

Principal Steven Greene, is a certified public accountant with experience in public and private accounting. Steve holds a Massachusetts licensed General Contractor and registered Home Improvement contractor license. He also holds a real estate salesperson license in Massachusetts. In his free time, he spends time with his wife and three children.
