Naider provides intellectual authority over analysis of sectors, technologies, and public or private investments. We produce expert reports on request; elaborate local and international positioning rankings and makes opportunity assessments around policies, infrastructures or projects

Perception Analysis

We carry out perception analysis among agents or stakeholders whose contributions and assessments are relevant to a certain issue. We rely on an online survey tool that allows us to contact the target people in an agile, simple and multilingual way. From there, the valuations obtained are added, analyzed and the perception report itself is prepared.

Participatory Processes

Technical and logistical support in participatory processes of defining policies and public actions, as well as backing internal dialogues in a company / organization between team members or with its network of collaborators and customers. Format: face-toface and/or virtual participatory dynamics.

CO-LEARNING WORKSHOPS

Meetings / courses around topics of interest aimed at shared learning, but also at the construction of alliances and projects among attendees. Format: working groups and plenaries of conclusions.

Inno Factories

Articulation and implementation of innovation and business development centers at district level in towns and regions. These factories accelerate and shake up local economic activity through the implementation (or reactivation) of incubation and business development infrastructures, collaborative equipment for technological development and business training practices.

Multidisciplinary spaces (innovation, business incubation, specialized training) specialized in Circular Economy and Ecological Transition. They house a set of facilities and services designed to qualify the local business fabric. They have municipal, county or business park scale depending on the scope of their target audience).

NAIDER makes available to the agents responsible for local/regional development a methodology and a team of specialists dedicated to leading the process of ecological transition at the local/regional level to articulate multi-party business projects for the generation and promotion of the circular economy. .

NaiderLab

NaiderLab is the dissemination and socialization platform of the Naider project. It has an online channel in naider.com that incorporates informative content and analysis on the variables that concern us in Naider. Their profiles on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin act as channels of knowledge, debate and commitment open to the participation of a Naider community that welcomes more than 10,000 people.

Urban Energy Renewal

Articulation of urban intervention projects aimed at the energy rehabilitation of residential neighborhoods and business / industrial districts. An initial framework of intervention priorities is established in the neighborhood, delimiting a specific area for intervention based on energy and socioeconomic indicators.

EKO-AUZOA

We develop participatory actions and proposals for the creation, transformation and revitalization of towns and neighborhoods through instruments, processes and actions based on the binomial Nature – Citizenship as tools for urban transformation, environmental sustainability and social cohesion. We propose the reunion of citizenship with Nature as a mechanism of collective rearmament.

Zero Co2 Firm

We accompany SMEs in calculating their impact on the environment. We built the necessary roadmap to reverse the situation through greenhouse gas reduction and compensation measures. We facilitate the achievement of business environmental objectives

Local Sustainability Agenda

Accompaniment to the City Councils with the planning and dynamization of the Local Sustainability Agendas. We guide the transition process towards the New Urban Agenda and the 2030 Agenda for the fulfillment of the SDGs. We facilitate the fulfillment of the environmental objectives of the municipality through the elaboration of strategies, plans and campaigns.
