NAFA Announces 40 Clean Air Award Recipients for 2021
e National Air Filtration Association has announced its recipients of the Clean Air Awards for 2021. e Clean Air Award is presented each year to the building owners and managers who take steps to signi cantly improve the quality of their indoor air by increasing the level or e ciency of their HVAC air ltration system in 10 speci c categories.
Candidates are nominated for the award by NAFA members, and must submit detailed and speci c steps taken toward cleaning the indoor environment through “best air ltration practices” and system hygiene. Nominees are judged by the NAFA Clean Air Award Committee and each recipient receives a custom-designed award, a listing on the NAFA website and recognition for their e orts. Award-winning buildings must maintain IAQ diligence and submit inspection data each year in order to maintain the NAFA Clean Air Award. e 2021 facilities that utilize best air ltration practices in their buildings are listed below.
