If you are a member of NAFA, you know we are a trade organization dedicated to being the global source for expertise, education and best practices in air filtration. For over 40 years we have been helping our members Increase Revenue, Retain Staff and Boost their Reputation in the Industry.

If your company has not yet reaped the “benefits of membership,” it’s time to take a closer look.

Just like your relationship with Netflix, Amazon and perhaps your local gym, you are going to get more out of any experience, the more you put in. Joining a membership organization is no different. Networking, education, and access to information are ranked as the top reasons companies join, but if the employees don’t engage at a deeper level, you are missing out on many opportunities for growth, for everyone.

I have only been with NAFA since November, but I learned quickly that it is a welcoming community of industry experts, mentors and friends. We know everyone is busy (it has been a great year for air filtration!) which is why NAFA encourages multiple company representatives to get involved, lessoning the time commitment for all. Whether your goal is to grow your business, hone your leadership skills or give back, NAFA is a great place to dig in and we welcome all voices and perspectives.
