We are the company Nadrozmer s.r.o.

We run an e-shop on the website www.nadrozmer.art

We process certain personal data for the provision of our services, sale of goods, and operation of our website.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

I. Processing of personal data

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will process the contact information that you provide us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are name, surname, delivery and billing address.

For what reason?

We will contact you through them for further discussion about the goods.

On what legal basis?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - a contract negotiation or the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you buy from us, we will work with the information you provide us. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, and address.

For what reason?

We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract - to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, potential complaints, or inquiries through the contact details.

We will further process personal data to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for the processing of complaints and others).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - compliance with our legal obligations.

C. Newsletters (commercial messages)

If you are a purchasing customer and have not prohibited us from doing so during your purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news. On what legal basis?

This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, if you have not prohibited us from doing so during your purchase. How long will we process personal data?

Five years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact us at nadrozmer.atelier@gmail.com

II. Who will access the data?

Your data will stay with us. Nevertheless, some companies or individuals will work for us and access data because they help us run our e-shop. They are the operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID: 289 35 675, the company is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)companies involved in the dispatch of goods (DPD)provider of e-mailing services (Websupport)

We process personal data only within the European Union.

III. What else should you know

V. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, request access to this data, and have it updated or corrected, or request the restriction of processing, request a copy of the processed personal data, demand in certain situations the deletion of personal data, and have the right to their portability in certain cases. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you believe that we are not handling the data properly, you have the right to complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection, or you can pursue your claims in court.
