One pan wonders
Unless you are blessed with a fully-fledged oven, cooking in a van is a minimal affair. Most people have two hobs to work with and not many pans, so being nifty with recipes is a must. Our one pan wonder recipes require minimal effort, equipment and ingredients but offer maximum deliciousness. There’s no need to sacrifice flavour just because you sacrificed some space.
